     I didn't end up meeting up with Kenny, because I ended up accompanying the old woman to the hospital when an ambulance arrived. She ended up fainting from shock and a lot of people praised me for being fast enough else she'd have gotten hit by the big ass truck who had been speeding from miles away.

I waited outside the waiting area, anxiety eating at my insides as I paced around. When kenny showed up, I threw myself into his arms and buried my face in his shoulders, breathing in his scent deeply and feeling a sense of calmness slowly envelop me. He held me firmly and stroked my arm Witt the tips of his fingers, and I never want to live the comfort of his arms right now.

"You did a heroic thing and I'm so proud of you." He spoke softly after breaking the hug and I felt my eyes sting a little as a smile tug at the sides of my lips.
