Hannah was silent for a moment, feeling uneasy as she digested her son's words. 

"My son, why are you hiding your wedding from everyone? Even from your family? This is nothing but good news. You can let your family know if you don't want the public to know. We should announce it with your brother and sister and celebrate together. Don't you think so?" she asked, clearly confused. 

Sawyer couldn't help but take a deep breath. There is only one reason for him not to let his family know. His parents know. He didn't want to inform his parents because he didn't trust them to keep the news secret from others. Now, he worried that information about his wedding with Abigail would end up on social media or in the news. 

Even though he had never publicly identified himself as Walter Jones's youngest son, the media would be eager to write a story about him.
