章節 99: A Date With A Dragon part 2

As they were walking, Ritsuka looked at her as he spoke. "So wanna talk about your dragon blood line and everything".

Elizabeth looked at a bit confused. "What do you mean, I love my dragon blood and dragon things I have like my wings and tail".

Ritsuka blinked as he spoke in his mind. "Will I gess the system lied to me".

Elizabeth looked at him as she spoke. "What I don't like is about my future, or what has been twisted too".

Ritsuka just looked at her as he spoke. "Your talking about Carmilla right"

Elizabeth's eyes flickered with a moment of hesitation before she nodded slowly. "Yes... Carmilla." Her voice softened, tinged with a hint of sorrow. "She's part of me, but not who I want to be. She twisted my dragon bloodline, and with that, the very essence of my identity. It's... it's hard to explain, but imagine living with a constant shadow of someone else's desires, someone who doesn't care about the balance of things. Someone who only wants to use the power for themselves."

Ritsuka walked beside her in silence for a moment, giving her space to speak. "I get it," he said softly, his gaze distant for a moment. "When you have parts of yourself—parts you can't control—it can feel like they're not truly yours. Like they're something forced onto you."

Elizabeth sighed, her wings twitching as she looked up at the sky. "Exactly. The dragon bloodline should be something proud, something strong. It should be about balance, about connection with nature, the fire, the sky. But now... it's tainted by her influence. Her blood runs through me, and it doesn't feel like mine. It feels like a prison sometimes, even though I know it's a part of me I can't escape."

Ritsuka considered her words for a moment. "But you don't have to let it define you. You're more than just your bloodline, Elizabeth. You've got your own strength, your own heart. And I know it's not easy, but I think you've already started carving your own path."

Elizabeth met his gaze, her expression thoughtful. "Maybe you're right... maybe I've spent too long trying to fight against what I thought I had to be. But it's hard to just... accept everything when part of me feels so wrong."

Ritsuka nodded, understanding. "It's not about accepting everything all at once. It's about taking small steps, finding what feels right for you. You can take the parts of yourself that are truly you, and leave behind the ones that don't fit. And if you need help, well, you've got me and everyone else here."

She smiled softly at his words, the warmth of his reassurance making her feel a little lighter. "Thanks, Ritsuka. It means a lot... more than you know."

Ritsuka them looked at her as he spoke. "So um about you, I didn't expect you too be like this when I read in the internet".

Elizabeth scratch the back of his head. "Will everything is correct, just um thanks to the grail and getting proper information I kinda relished that I was um how shall a put this".

Ritsuka then finished the words of her. "Psycho"

Elizabeth then spoke as he looked at him. "Yup, I mean how many people did I kill thinking the girl's blood make your skin better and better".

Ritsuka raised an eyebrow at her blunt admission, unsure of how to respond. "Well, that's... certainly not what I expected to hear." He paused, trying to process what she had said. "But hey, you're not like that now, right? You're trying to move past it, aren't you?"

Elizabeth's expression grew more somber, her eyes cast downward. "Yeah... I am. It's just hard to forget the things I've done. It's like they're part of me, no matter how much I want to change." She hesitated for a moment, then looked at him, her gaze sharp. "I know you don't think of me like that now, but I can't escape that past. It's still a part of who I was."

Ritsuka put his hand on her shoulder, his voice steady. "It doesn't define who you are now, Elizabeth. People change. It's not easy, but it's possible. We all have our pasts, and we all have our demons, but that doesn't mean we're stuck with them forever."

Elizabeth smiled faintly, a glimmer of gratitude in her eyes. "I know... it's just... hard, you know?" She let out a long sigh. "The Grail gave me clarity, but sometimes it also just reminds me of how far I've fallen. The power I thought I could control... it was really controlling me."

Ritsuka's expression softened, understanding more than she realized. "You're doing your best to move forward, though. And that's what matters." He gave her a playful smile. "Besides, you've got me and the rest of us. If you ever need help, I'm here for you."

Elizabeth chuckled, the tension in her body easing. "I'm lucky to have you, Ritsuka. You're always so... positive, even when I'm such a mess." Her tail wagged slightly, betraying the calm exterior she was trying to maintain.

Ritsuka gave her a warm grin. "That's what friends are for, right? And hey, you're not a mess. You've just had a rough start. You've got a whole lot of potential to be something great."

They walked together in silence for a while, both lost in their thoughts but feeling a little more at peace with the journey ahead. The past was a weight that couldn't be erased, but with time, they both knew it could be managed, as long as they were determined to keep moving forward.

Back with the main group, Zenobia looked at Mash as she sat next to her, Mash looked at her then she Remembers what Zenobia was wearing as Mash looked away a bit, even if she was wearing Ritsuka coat it was still embracing.

Mash looked at Zenobia face trying not to look down. "So um Zenobia, do you need something"

Zenobia looked at her as she spoke. "What type of person is Ritsuka Fujimaru, so far I have seen that my master is good person, but I am not sure fully that is".

Mash looked at Zenobia, her thoughts running through her mind as she gathered her words carefully. She had seen Ritsuka from all angles — the compassionate leader, the quiet strategist, and the sometimes reckless hero — and she wanted to convey the truth without sounding biased. Even if it has been only 1 year sense he knew him

"Ritsuka is... complicated," Mash started, glancing at Zenobia. "On one hand, he's incredibly determined and always tries to do what's right. He'll put himself at risk for others, even when he doesn't have to. But on the other hand, he's not perfect. He has his flaws, his doubts, and his struggles. But what makes him different is how he always learns from those mistakes."

Zenobia nodded slowly, absorbing Mash's words. "I see," she said quietly. "It's easy to get a sense of someone from the outside, but it's only when you see their struggles that you truly understand who they are."

Mash chuckled softly. "Exactly. Ritsuka doesn't always show it, but he carries a heavy burden. He's one of the last Master, and yet he shoulders the weight of saving the world. Not just once, but over and over again. And in all that chaos, he never loses sight of the people he cares about."

Zenobia's expression softened, a hint of curiosity in her eyes. "He sounds like someone I could respect. A person who doesn't back down from his responsibility, no matter how overwhelming it might seem." She looked over at Mash. "And what about you, Mash? What do you think of him?"

Mash's cheeks flushed a little as she thought about Ritsuka. "I... I think he's someone I can trust with anything. He's kind, patient, and always makes me feel like I'm more than just a servant. He sees me as a person, not just a weapon or a tool." She smiled, a little shy but genuine. "He's someone I admire a lot."

Zenobia studied Mash for a moment, her gaze thoughtful. "You care deeply for him, don't you?" she asked, her tone soft.

Mash froze for a moment, unsure how to answer. "I... well, I suppose I do. But it's not just because of his kindness. It's because he's always there for us, even when things seem hopeless." Her voice grew stronger. "And he's someone I can rely on, no matter what happens."

Zenobia smiled warmly, her expression kind. "That's a good way to look at it. From what I've seen, Ritsuka Fujimaru seems like someone who's worth supporting. I'm glad he has someone like you by his side, Mash."

Mash felt a warmth in her chest at Zenobia's words. "Thank you, Zenobia."

Kama then vaem looking at them as she spoke. "As someone who has now my husband for the longest, I can tell you one more thing"

Zenobia looked at him as she spoke. "Ok, do tell me Kama".

Kama then smirked, remember the time she spent with Ritsuka in his dorm room, she looked back at and kidna release they were really just playing house back them, she just sigehd

Kama the smirked looking at Zenobia. "He is kinda pervert, a Respectful Pervert but kinda a Pervert, not that I am complaining, also he is annoying when it comes to cosent he really won't do anything we don't give the permission to do, does the respectful part, he is also a chinamon Roll".

Zenobia raised an eyebrow at Kama's words, a mixture of curiosity and amusement in her expression. "A... respectful pervert?" she repeated, not entirely sure what Kama meant by that.

Kama chuckled softly, her eyes glinting with mischief. "Oh yes, Ritsuka is a gentleman, but when it comes to certain things, he can be... well, let's just say he has an eye for the ladies. But, unlike some other men, he actually listens and respects our boundaries. He's not one to push for anything we're not comfortable with. I can't say I mind though. He's a little embarrassing at times, but he knows how to make us feel special."

Zenobia processed this for a moment before shaking her head. "That sounds... complicated, but I think I understand what you mean." She then gave a small, teasing smile. "So, he's a bit of a tease, then?"

Kama laughed at that, nodding. "Exactly. He's got his moments of being sweet and considerate, but also, he's got a tendency to be playful with his words or his actions. But again, he's never overbearing. A chinamon roll, as I like to call him — soft and warm, but if you press him, he's a bit flaky on the inside."

Zenobia smirked, her interest piqued. "It seems like there's more to Ritsuka than I thought. He really does have a way of balancing his kindness with his... other side."

Kama gave a knowing grin. "You'll see soon enough. You might even find yourself surprised at how he can be at times. He really is one of a kind. But when you get to know him better, you'll realize that the parts of him that seem to be a little pervy are really just him being awkward in his own way."

Zenobia thought for a moment before speaking again, her tone light. "Well, I suppose that makes him more human, doesn't it? But I'll be sure to watch him closely, just in case."

Kama grinned wider. "Oh, you're gonna love it. Just don't let him get too comfortable around you — or you might end up with a few unexpected surprises."

Zenobia couldn't help but chuckle at that, feeling a little more comfortable with the idea of getting to know Ritsuka, quirks and all. "I'll keep that in mind."

Zenobia them looked at Kirschtaria. "What do you think of him".

Kirschtaria then looked at her. "Out fo everyone here, he really datacated, head strong, and kind, that what I have seen, also from what Morgan said he doesn't like Kinky thing, his words, sec should purely about love and love not adding anything extra".

Kama just sigehd as he spoke. "Which I don't like, I am literally the Godded of Love and Lust, and he ignore one part fo Sex"

Mash spoke hee face a bit read. "Can we not talk about that please".

Zenobia raised an eyebrow at Kirschtaria's description, intrigued by the different perspectives on Ritsuka. "Dedicated, headstrong, and kind... That sounds like a noble person, one I can respect."

Kirschtaria nodded thoughtfully. "Yes, he certainly has those qualities. But what sets him apart is his ability to keep his focus, even when the odds are stacked against him. In many ways, his love for his people and his mission overrides everything else. His actions are always guided by a strong sense of responsibility, even if it's sometimes at the expense of his own desires."

Zenobia looked over at Kama, who was clearly a bit frustrated. "So, you don't agree with his stance on love, then?" she asked, trying to understand Kama's perspective.

Kama sighed dramatically, crossing her arms. "It's not that I don't understand it... it's just, frustrating, you know? Sex is supposed to be a combination of love and lust. The passion is supposed to be there too. But Ritsuka seems to want everything to be pure love, as if that's enough." She looked over at Kirschtaria, "You'd think a guy who has the power to change the world would want to explore every aspect of human nature."

Kirschtaria gave Kama a knowing look. "Love is a complicated thing, and Ritsuka is someone who takes it seriously. Perhaps he's seeking something deeper, something that transcends the usual physical desires."

Mash, who had been quietly listening, suddenly blurted out, her face turning a shade of pink. "Can we not talk about that, please?" She buried her face in her hands, embarrassed by the direction the conversation had taken.

Zenobia chuckled softly at Mash's reaction, understanding her discomfort. "I think that's a sign we've said enough about that topic for now."

Kama smirked, clearly entertained by the situation. "Oh, I was just getting started, but I suppose we can table it for another time."

Kirschtaria, always calm and composed, nodded. "Perhaps we should focus on the task at hand, instead of Ritsuka's... romantic endeavors."

Zenobia smiled slightly, her curiosity about Ritsuka growing as she turned back to Kirschtaria. "You know, I might have a different opinion of him now, but I'd like to learn more about him through my own experiences."

Kama winked at her. "Oh, you'll definitely get to know him better. Just remember, Ritsuka has a way of showing his feelings, even if it's through actions instead of words."

Mash, still flushed, nodded vigorously. "Yes! That's how he is. It's better if you just... let him show it in his own way."

Zenobia nodded thoughtfully. "I suppose I'll have to keep that in mind."

章節 100: Surprise

As Ritsuka and Elizabeth came back to the place where they were staying with the group to make a new plan with that or Nero to deal with that to the United Roman empire, the Moment Ritsuka opened the door he was tackles and sent back a few fits.

Ritsuka head spinner a bit, as he saw who has tackled him it was Kiyohime. "Kiyohime?"

Few minutes later

Ritsuka just looked at Mash, as she had explaines everything to him. "So let me get this straight, while I was gone, you guys were talking about, and some how during they time, you say Ray shift signal as then Kiyohime was the one who came out of it, so yeah, what".

Da Vinci then spoke as her holographic images was shown. "We tryed stop her Chaldea, but she just basically teleported hee self there using the ray shift technology".

Kadoc holographic images was shown as Anastasia was holding a Ice pack on his head. "We tryee to stop, but then punched me through a wall, and Pepe".

Peperoncino's holographic image appeared next, waving casually. "Oh, don't worry about me, darling~. I just let her pass. Who am I to stand between a girl and her beloved?"

Ritsuka sighed, rubbing his temples. "So, let me get this straight. Kiyohime basically forced her way into the Singularity because she missed me?"

Kiyohime, still clinging to him, nodded rapidly. "Of course, my beloved! How could I sit idly by while you were off in a dangerous place? I had to come and ensure your safety!"

Elizabeth crossed her arms, pouting. "Tch. And here I thought I was making progress. How do you people just pop in randomly like this?"

Morgan, who had been quietly sipping tea, finally spoke. "So, what do we do with her? She's already here, and sending her back will be... troublesome."

Da Vinci sighed. "Yeah, unless we manually recall her, she's part of the team now. Not that we had a say in the matter."

Kama smirked. "I mean, at least she's direct. Better than some people who take forever to admit their feelings." She side-eyed Jalter, who glared back.

Jalter clicked her tongue. "Shut it."

Ritsuka groaned as Kiyohime nuzzled into him. "I swear, every time I think I have a handle on things, something new happens."

Kadoc grumbled, holding his bruised ribs. "Welcome to our lives, Fujimaru."

Ritsuka sighed again. "Alright, let's just focus on dealing with the United Roman Empire. Kiyohime, you're here now, so you might as well help."

Kiyohime's eyes sparkled. "Of course, my beloved! I will burn all who stand in your way!"

Mash deadpanned. "That's what we're worried about."

Nero clapped her hands, trying to regain control of the conversation. "Enough! We have a war to plan! And as Emperor, I cannot allow distractions! Ritsuka, we must strategize at once!"

Ritsuka, still pinned by Kiyohime, just sighed. "Yeah, yeah… let's get to it."

Nero then spoke, showings a map. "Now we don't know how many there are, we don't know which Servant they have on there side, So Umu we need to careful, which means".

Ritsuka then looked as he spoke. "Reinforce your army, and if any city is capture free them".

Kirschtaria then spoke looking at Ritsuka. "At the same time, we need to make use of what ever information we have and get any free servant that may have been summons by the counter force just like that of in Orleans to help us to get on our side".

Ritsuka nodded. "Yeah, Orleans was a mess, but the Counter Force did bring in Servants who resisted the tyranny there. If we can find any here, we should recruit them."

Morgan tapped the table. "We also need to consider our resources. Fighting a large-scale war isn't just about Servants. Supplies, logistics, and morale all matter. If we spread too thin, we'll be vulnerable."

Kirschtaria crossed his arms. "Then we prioritize gathering intelligence first. If we know where their strongholds are and who leads them, we can strategize accordingly."

Nero smirked. "Umu! A sound plan! Then we shall send scouts immediately! My legions are ready to move."

Da Vinci's hologram flickered in. "I can try to analyze the leyline structure and see if any Servant summoning anomalies pop up. That might help us locate allies before the enemy does."

Mash looked at Ritsuka. "Senpai, what will you do?"

Ritsuka thought for a moment. "I'll go with a scouting team. If we run into enemy Servants, I can handle them, and we need firsthand information."

Jalter scoffed. "Tch. You better not do anything reckless."

Kiyohime clung tighter to Ritsuka. "If my beloved is going, I'm going too!"

Kama smirked. "Same here. This sounds like fun."

Kadoc groaned. "Just don't make it a harem field trip…"

Ritsuka sighed, already regretting his decision. "Alright… let's move out."

Ritsuka, Kama, Kiyohime, Mash, and Kirschtaria set out from their temporary base, moving through the ruined outskirts of Rome under the cover of night. The city was eerily silent, save for the occasional patrol of Roman soldiers—some clearly enhanced by magecraft.

Kirschtaria studied the city layout with a frown. "The United Roman Empire's influence is spreading fast. If they have Servants stationed, we'll need to be careful."

Kama smirked. "Careful? Or do you mean 'let Ritsuka handle everything while we watch'?"

Ritsuka rolled his eyes. "You know, just because I can doesn't mean I should."

Kiyohime clung to Ritsuka's arm, her tail swaying behind her. "My beloved will protect us all~."

Mash sighed. "Senpai, we should focus on gathering intelligence first. Fighting here could expose our position."

Suddenly, Kirschtaria raised a hand, signaling for silence. Ahead of them, a group of soldiers was escorting a hooded figure in chains. The aura of magical energy around the prisoner was unmistakable.

Kirschtaria narrowed his eyes. "That's a Servant."

Ritsuka activated his Mystic Eyes, focusing on the prisoner. "Yeah… and a strong one at that."

Kama leaned in. "So, what's the plan? Stealth rescue or full-on chaos?"

Kiyohime grinned. "I wouldn't mind a little fire…"

Mash adjusted her shield. "We should observe first. If we can figure out where they're taking the Servant, we might learn more about the enemy's base."

Ritsuka took a deep breath. "Alright. We follow them. No unnecessary fights."

Kama pouted. "Boring…"

The group moved carefully, shadowing the Roman soldiers as they led the captive deeper into the city. The further they went, the clearer it became—this wasn't just a military base. This was a temple, and the energy emanating from it was unmistakably divine.

Kirschtaria muttered under his breath. "This is bad. This place is consecrated to a god…"

Ritsuka's expression hardened. "Then we better find out which one. And fast."

Ritsuka looked at the markings on the wall. "Mars…"

Before he could think further, enemy soldiers rushed at him. Activating [Mana Burst], he propelled himself into the air before slamming his foot down on one soldier, sending him crashing into the ground. Another soldier tried to move, but Ritsuka quickly used [Arrow of the Heart], striking several enemies. He made sure not to kill them—only immobilize by stabbing their legs.

Kirschtaria, Kama, and Mash prepared to join the fight when suddenly, the hooded figure they had seen earlier broke free from her chains. Without hesitation, she pulled out her sword and swiftly ended the enemy soldiers before Ritsuka could react.

His instincts screamed at him, and without thinking, he activated [Crimson Eyes]—his normally blue eyes turning red as he prepared to control the Servant if necessary. He didn't want to, but another enemy was the last thing they needed.

Ritsuka tightened his grip on his weapon. "Who are you?"

The woman put her sword away, reaching up to remove her hood. As she did, Ritsuka got a clear look at her. She had long, flowing red hair and sharp blue eyes. She wore a regal white outfit with gold accents, the design leaving a slight glimpse of her chest. She held a golden and red shield in one hand and a sword in the other. A red skirt covered her legs, leading to brown boots. She had fair skin and an air of nobility, but most notably—she was strikingly beautiful.

She met Ritsuka's gaze as she spoke. "I am Rider. My name is Boudica, and you just ruined my plan."

Ritsuka blinked. "Boudica?"

Boudica sighed, crossing her arms. "Yes, and before you ask, I was letting them take me to their leader so I could assassinate him. Thanks to you, that plan's completely ruined."

Kama smirked. "Oh? And what was stopping them from just executing you before you even got close?"

Boudica gave her a sharp look. "I had it under control."

Kirschtaria stepped forward, studying her carefully. "You're a Servant summoned by the Counter Force, aren't you?"

Boudica nodded. "That's right. I don't know what's causing this mess, but this so-called United Roman Empire is a direct insult to my people and history. I've been fighting them alone for a while now, trying to rally forces, but they've been one step ahead of me."

Ritsuka sighed, rubbing the back of his neck. "Well, sorry for ruining your plan, but we're also here to put an end to this Lostbelt. If you're willing, we could use your help."

Boudica studied Ritsuka for a moment before nodding. "Fine. But if you get in my way again, I will punch you."

Mash cleared her throat. "Um, we should move before reinforcements arrive."

Kama grinned. "Right, right. Let's get out of here before more Romans show up."

As the group began to retreat into the shadows, Boudica walked beside Ritsuka, glancing at him curiously. "You're different from other people I've met."

Ritsuka chuckled. "Yeah, I get that a lot."

Boudica smirked. "Good. That means you might actually be useful."

With their new ally secured, the group made their way back to the base, unaware that their actions had already drawn the attention of a far more dangerous enemy.

As Ritsuka and the other war Running, Kirschtaria slowed his speed, as he looked at Ritsuka. "What are the chances that two of the new servant we meet is Another queen who lead an army agent's Romen, First you summoned Zenobia and now we meet Boudica".

Ritsuka looked at him as he spoke. "She is going to flip when she sees Nero, or probably not, we just have to wonder what will happen when they meet".

Mash, who was running alongside them, sighed. "Senpai, do you think we should keep them apart for now? If history is anything to go by, things could get… intense."

Kama smirked, floating slightly above the ground as she kept pace. "Oh, I don't know, Mash. A little drama might be fun to watch. Besides, Ritsuka already has enough queens in his life—what's one more?"

Ritsuka groaned. "I'd rather not have another war break out just because of a grudge that's over a thousand years old."

Boudica, who had been listening quietly, finally spoke. "I don't hold personal hatred against Nero as an individual, but Rome itself…" She clenched her fist. "That's another matter entirely."

Kirschtaria gave her a knowing glance. "Then let's hope your grudge doesn't interfere with our mission. Right now, we have a bigger enemy to deal with."

Boudica sighed, relaxing her grip. "I know. I won't let personal feelings get in the way."

Ritsuka nodded. "Good. Because we're about to have a hell of a fight ahead of us."

As they continued running, Nero's voice suddenly rang through their communication devices. "Umu! My Praetor, where are you? We're about to engage in battle! Do not keep your empress waiting!"

Ritsuka sighed again. "Yeah… this is going to be a long day."

They arrived to the base, as Ritsuka then enter. "Will we found one Servant to help us".

Nero came down as she spoke. "Umu that si Excil-". She cut her self of when she saw Boudica, as the awkwardness in the room was something else.

Elizabeth looked at Kiyohime as she spoke. "The Awkwardness in this room is so tick it can be cut with a knifes".

Kiyohime looked as she spoke, what she heard was a muffle words. "What?"

Elizabeth picked up a knife, cut the air into a square, pushed as it hit the ground with a thud just like that di jelly. "I said the Awkwardness in this room is so tick it can be cut with a knifes".

Ritsuka pinched the bridge of his nose. "Elizabeth… did you just physically cut the air?"

Elizabeth puffed out her chest. "Of course! It's a metaphor made real! What, you think I'm just some dragon idol with no talents?"

Kama snickered. "I mean… yes?"

Elizabeth huffed but chose to ignore the jab. Meanwhile, Nero and Boudica were still locked in a silent stare-down, the tension in the room reaching its peak.

Mash awkwardly stepped forward. "Um… maybe we should—"

Boudica finally broke the silence. "Nero."

Nero folded her arms, her confident smirk never wavering. "Boudica. It seems fate has decided to make us allies."

Boudica narrowed her eyes. "For now."

Nero chuckled. "Umu, I shall accept that answer… for now."

Ritsuka clapped his hands together. "Great! Now that we've settled that without any bloodshed, can we focus on not dying to the United Roman Empire?"

Kirschtaria nodded. "Agreed. We still need to figure out our next move. If Rome is being influenced by something beyond history, we need to find the source."
