章節 175: Chapter 175 : Let Get Strong Together (Rewrite)
"Gosh Kirito kun. Why are you suddenly here" Guy asked.
I just bowed and then asked.
"Please train me in Taijutsu," I said.
And the rest is history guys.
After this many years in Konoha, I am pretty aware of Guys personality. If a fellow Konoha Junior wants help from him then there is no way that he is not gonna help.
So from that point onwards, my training in Taijutsu began.
"So we are fighting first" I was a little excited to see whether I could improve the template by learning Taijutsu.
I am not sure why the last time when fought against Guy my template was updated by one point but if it's possible then I would like to upgrade it as fast as possible.
"No no. We need to first make our body strong. The most important part of Taijutsu is the body. Here wear this and lap around the village 20 times" The Guy hands over weights.
Oh man, don't tell me that I have to train like Lee before fighting with Guy.
"Hmm, Guy Sensei. I was expecting to fight with you and get a little more experience in Taijustu".
"Called me Guy. Now we are colleagues." Guys said with a trade mark smile.
Well, I understand what he is saying. I am also a Jonin right now so it makes sense.
"Hmm okay," I said and then waited before he said anything about my question but he did not.
I just sighed internally put the weights on and started my laps.
It took me 10 minutes to complete the 20 laps. I say it's pretty okay considering the size of the village.
"Gosh, you are already done. Great." The guy sounded excited.
"Now how about you do another 20 laps but this time in 5 minutes" Guys said and went back to his training.
I just kept staring at him, trying to pressure him to say a little more and actually fight with me but he did not even notice that I was standing.
I shook my head and started another 20 laps.
"Why the hell I am doing this? If it's just Taijustu then there are other people whom I can fight and gain experience. Kakashi, Asuma and even Jiraiya will do" I thought to myself but in the end, I ended up completing the 20 laps he told me to do.
Within 5 minutes I was done.
"Done" I almost shouted at his face.
"Great, that was a good warmup. Remember, before starting the training a good warm-up is very important" Guy said.
My eyes twitch at that.
Man do you really hear yourself? 40 rounds around the village in under 15 minutes is only a warm-up.
"Alright then let's start with the training,"
"Here about I give you My special ninja Taijutsu Jumpsuit. It's elastic and breathable" Guy said showing the same green jumpsuit he and that disciple of his wears every day.
My mouth widened a little bit but then I quickly closed it and then used my strongest technique to get out of this situation.
"That I would love to Guy sensei but these clothes suit my fighting style well. I am not just a Taijutsu master like you and Lee. If I were then this tracksuit is perfect but my particular fighting will be restricted by this" I said.
See Bullshit No Jutsu in its full glory.
"Oh that's a shame, but don't worry my young friend, we will fill this gap with the passion of our youth" Guys shouted.
And here it is. I was wondering why there is no mention of the Youth by now.
[5 hours later]
I am going back home. I am not sure how I am alive after that hellish training but somehow I am alive.
No the more important question I need to ask is how the hell those two are still alive.
But honestly, I did not have enough energy to think about this either.
5000 push-ups.
5000 Sit-ups
5000 squads.
Another 100 laps around the village.
And many many more exercises whose name I don't even know. I am just happy that I am alive.
By the time I reach home. I found Naruto there. He had a serious face like he was thinking about something.
"So what's going on"
"Ah Kirito's, I wanted to ask you something" Naruto looked at me like he was really thinking about something.
It's a hard thing to let Naruto think about something let alone this seriously.
"What".
"I, I just completed a mission with Kakashi sensei. This was my first mission after a very long time.
I found that I am not that strong really" Naruto said in a dejected manner.
"I mean Pervy sage teaches me a lot but I am not seeing it. You are already a Jonin. I am still a genin." Naruto said in a down tone.
This was the first time I am seeing him comparing himself with me. It's pretty natural that siblings compare themselves and then try to out-match each other but in Naruto, I never saw this.
He is just too positive all the time to think about all these things. So how come suddenly today this brother of mine is thinking about this?
"I mean you were able to defeat me with Sakura Chan, Ino and Haku combined. You even beat Kakashi sensei, Kurenai Sensei, Asuma sensei and even Pervy Sage did not fight with you in the Jonin test." Naruto kept going and the more he talked the more desperate he sounded.
"Compared to you I do not see any difference in my strength".
"I"
"I also heard about Sasuke from Sakura Chan and Ba Chan. They said that he too is almost as strong as you" Naruto almost sounded like a kicked puppy.
But my eyebrows twitch at the last comment. As strong as me. Please.
I saw that Naruto going to talk more but he was not exactly saying what he really wanted to. Maybe this is because of the power gap that he suddenly saw between himself and Sasuke.
To this date, Naruto never compared himself with me. His own brother. He just accepted that I was better. There was no competition and honestly, I never liked this laid-back attitude of his.
I wanted him to be competitive so that he train harder and get stronger faster. This is one of the major problems I was facing. Naruto actually had no one to compare to. And compete against.
Meaning he was not getting as strong as he should have. Definitely not a good thing for the future.
But finally he is showing some interest. Finally, I have a chance to make the real main character strong.
There was a little smirk already forming in the corner of my mouth.
Maybe this destiny shit is real. If one son of destiny is getting stronger. Another one just can't stay still.
" You get it right. You know I just wanted to ask" Naruto was still going on so I just stopped him.
"You want to get stronger and need my help to train you. Is that it" I directly said what he wanted to say.
Hearing me he suddenly looked a little stunned and then there was a bright smile on his face and nodded.
"Okay, meet me tomorrow in training ground 10," I said with a smile and went to my bed.
I did not wait to see but there was a mega-watt smile on Naruto's face.
