"Now that this mission is over, I have something to tell you. I am thinking of sending you back to the front line in two months. At that time, you can decide whether to take your students with you or not." Hiruzen said as he yawned and gestured for Sakumo to leave.
Sakumo lightly nodded once and left the office.
After Sakumo left, Hiruzen went to his seat, opened the drawer, took out a small teddy bear and took a nap.
-At Yukan's house-
Yukan had long returned after spending some time with Kushina and talking to her.
Right now, Yukan was sitting in his room and staring at the clock.
After he was sure that his mother was asleep, Yukan used his room's window and jumped out.
Yukan had to continue his training and had to make it harder to protect his loved ones and his friends, especially after today. When he saw Kushina standing behind Sakumo, trembling in fear, he was even more determined to get stronger.

He started with jogging and 500 push-ups and sit-ups.
After doing a lot more exercises, Yukan, drenched in sweat in the middle of the night, started swinging his katana.
Yukan usually does 3000 swings, but this time Yukan has to become stronger than his previous self, he has to be stronger than himself, always, and he has to surpass his limits.
"3498…3499…3500" Yukan did 3500 swings and finally fell on the ground.
"That took out a little bit of effort. The system, show me my panel now." Yukan said as he was gasping for air and looked tired more than ever.

'... As if. Life is shitty.' Yukan said in his heart as he stood covered in bruises and torn clothes.
Beside Yukan stood Minato. He was also in a very similar condition as Yukan. The two looked at Sakumo in front of them.
"Come one, kids, try and hit me again. Sparring with you two gives me some good warm-up," Sakumo said with a smirk on his face.
Yukan looked at Minato. Minato understood his meaning and nodded back to Yukan. The two were going to use the secret strategy they had made to fight Sakumo.
-Two minutes later, Yukan and Minato ended up getting thrown like their first-day spar-
"Sensei, stop throwing us like that. Our clothes always get torn completely and then we have to buy new ones," Minato said.
"Haha. Alright, I won't throw you guys like that from now on." Sakumo assured the two in front of him.
"Well, you both have good physical skills, equivalent to a chuunin already, but do you guys know you will still lose to a chunin?" Sakumo asked and looked at Yukan and Minato.
"Because of our lack of ninjutsu?" Yukan asked.
"Yes. So, although I am not an expert ninjutsu user, I know enough to teach you. We will now start with checking you both's elemental affinities." Sakumo said as he took out three pieces of paper
"This is called chakra paper. When you infuse your chakra into the paper, the paper will react and show results according to your affinity. If your affinity is with the fire element, the paper will ignite and turn to ash. For wind, it will split in two. For lightning, it will wrinkle. For earth, the paper will turn to dirt and crumble away and if it is water, the paper will get wet." Sakumo explained about the chakra paper to his students as he handed the two of them one each.
"Like, I have lightning and earth affinity and so, this happens," Sakumo said as he raised his hand to show Minato and Yukan the paper while injecting chakra into it.
The whole paper first wrinkled and then turned into dirt.
As Yukan saw it, he felt that it was...beautiful. Even though Yukan knew about the chakra paper from his memories, it was special to see it in real life.
As Yukan was still thinking about it, Minato started pouring his chakra into the paper.
The chakra paper first split in half, and after that it got damp.
"Nice, Minato. You have wind and water affinities. They are good. Wind for long-range attacks and water for defence. Your turn now, Yukan." Sakumo praised Minato as he then told Yukan to inject his chakra into the paper.
Due to Sakumo's call, Yukan woke up from admiring the paper's beauty and tried to inject his chakra into the chakra paper. Yukan injected his chakra into it, but there was no reaction.
"Sensei…"
"Try again." Sakumo's facial expression changed a little. He knew that every person, even if they are not a shinobi, has an elemental affinity.
Yukan injected some of his chakra again, but there was no reaction this time either.
After a minute of no words from anyone, a pin-drop silence, Sakumo finally realized what was wrong.
"Oh, don't worry, what just happened was that…"
