Ethan felt a crazy ache in his chest but he ignored it, thinking it was a result of the push alpha Lucifel had done to him.

Unknown to Ethan, Lucifel had not completely walked out of the pavilion even though he wasn't lingering at the entrance, he had heard Ethan talk happily about the fact that he didn't expose the girl which only made him more annoyed.

He was truly worked up due to the fact that his friend, Ethan all this while had kept a lot from him, even things that were so important as this.

How could that bleeding beta have been aware of everything that he had faced and still refused to show him where the girl in his past was?

Why?

However, Lucifel thought of something else that could make Ethan expose where the girl abided him.

Lucifel was in haste to know where she could be. He was going to die soon and before that happened, he wanted to clear himself from worries and fulfill his promise to the girl he had vowed to forever protect.
