"We do not know sir! Our AIs have estimated that the enemy most likely used their advanced stealth systems to get close enough to us in order to launch a surprise attack on us!" The informants around him reported at once.

"Damn despicable humans! Launch into space at once!" Faraz gave his order and the crew immediately kicked into overdrive to execute it.

Faraz was the commander of the garrison fleet that was stationed in the system that the human stealth raid fleet had come to attack. The garrison fleet was made up of a couple hundred fighters, a dozen frigates, and one destroyer.
