A strong wind blew on Alex's face and made his hair flutter when he caught the man's leg, but the force was not enough to make him move, not even his hand. The man already knew he was no basic mage, so Alex did not want to pretend to be one in front of him.

The guild head had expected this and withdrew his leg.

"Why did you leave me naked in the air? What if I was attacked?!" The guild head yelled at Alex with a red face.

Alex walked over and took a seat. He crossed one leg over the other before replying casually "I left a firebird to watch over you"

The guild head gritted his teeth as he had no words to refute that. Although he was still angry, he had to force himself to calm down.

"Just who are you?" He asked Alex while walking to his seat.

"Just your regular mage" Alex said casually with a smile on his face.

The face of the guild head twitched when he heard Alex's response. 'Like hell, he would believe that. Even a fool would know better'
