章節 61: Pirate King
[So he's finally done it] Percy thought as he read the newspaper
The title was in bold and clear for all the world to see, it read
[GOL D. ROGER, KING OF THE PIRATES]
[How fitting] he thought as he read on. [And they decided to call it Laughtale] Morgans reported.
*peroperopero peroperopero peroperopero*
*katcha* "Hello?"
"It's Kong. Come to my office now. We're have a meeting." *katcha*
[wow no time for a response. Must be really pissed] Percy thought as he got up
He walked there and opened the door to see admiral level personal people assembled. This included Sengoku, Rosati, Tsuru, Garp, Kuzan, Zed, Borsalino, and Sakazuki.
"Kurosai" Kong nodded at Percy "Please, have a seat"
Percy sat down in one of the chairs and looked around at the line-up. This was the most power the marines had probably in the history in the navy. There were potentially 10 admiral class fighters in one room, an intimidating force if Percy said so.
"What's this all about fleet admiral" Kuzan asked as he was the new comer here
"As you heard, the Roger pirates reached the last island a couple of days ago" Kong started.
Everyone nodded their heads gravely, all except Garp who started laughing,
"BWAHAHAHAHA, I don't see what's the big deal."
"You don't" Tsuru said rubbing her forehead, "because you don't care about the marine's image."
"We need to kill these pirates to get rid of the evil in this world" Sakazuki said which made Garp stare at his fellow vice admiral.
"This will be troublesome" Borsalino commented
"KAKAKAKAKA how many more pirates are going to be born from this? Rosati said as poison started to leak from his body.
Everyone started to slowly back away from him as he had to force himself to calm down.
"Anyways" Kong said after a couple of seconds, "I summoned you all here for one reason. We need a moral victory here. I just got word that the Roger pirates broke up and everyone is going their separate ways. Now is our chance to capture some of them and have them stand trial."
"Evil will perish" Sakazuki said as he stood up
"Not yet" Kong said as he put his hand up and motioned his vice admiral to sit back down. "Now, we need to choose our targets carefully. Any suggestions?"
"Rayleigh is out" Percy said immediately making everyone looking at him. "What?"
"Why?" Tsuru asked
"Because he would require we sacrifice at least 4-5 people in this room if not more plus countless other marines and that's if he's alone. If he's traveling with his captain... well it's a mute point then."
"BWAHAHAHAHAHA the boy's got a point there" Garp laughed
"What do you suggest then?" Sengoku asked as he felt a migraine coming. Now he knew why Kong kept borrowing Orange from Percy.
"Focus on other officers of course, or better yet, none at all, BWAHAHAHAHA" Garp laughed again. "Their retired, I doubt their going to sail again."
"The sins of pirates are never going to wash away Garp-san" Borsalino said
"True" Garp agreed, "but that doesn't mean that we need to seek our deaths. Some of their members are monsters in their own right after all."
"So are we" Kuzan added
Everyone nodded their heads to that.
"Okay, okay." Kong said as there seems to be a stalemate. "I will ask the elders what to do. They will probably order us to chase after them, so be prepared. But just in case they don't I'll ask."

"And so I talked to the elders and they decided that you are to arrest the Roger pirates" Kong said as Percy was once again sitting in Kong's office a couple days later, this time he was the only one in there.
"I can pick my target?" Percy asked
"Yeah, all except Roger and Rayleigh" Kong said. "Garp is going after Roger for obvious reasons and Rayleigh, well... you laid it out for us."
"So who is everyone is going out for?"
"Sengoku is Gaban, Rosati is arresting Douglas Bullet, Zed is staying in Marineford with Tsuru, Sakazuki is tackling Taro, Kuzan is fighting Sunbell, and Borsalino is going to capture Yui."
"Hoh? Taro? Sakazuki will have a hard time" Percy said as he recalled his first encounter with the Roger pirates.
"I told him that but he insisted that he fight one of the harder pirates" Kong said as he shook his head.
"I'll fight Oden" Percy said confidently
"You can't" Kong dismissed the idea right away. "He's heading to Wano, you can't trespass into it's borders, you know that."
"I know, I'll intercept him halfway there. Plus, even if I don't, I'll have permission by the elders to enter a non affiliated country."
"I don't know..." Kong hesitated
"Fleet admiral" Percy insisted, "We need info desperately on Kaidou's movements in Wano right now and this is our best opportunity. Look, even if I don't capture Oden, I can still get information on Kaidou which in a sense may be better than the Rogers pirates."
"Alright" Kong finally agreed, "but this is a stealth mission, no one can know about this."
"Deal" Percy agreed as he strolled out of the office with a grin on his face.

"And that's why I'm here" Percy said as he smiled at Oden and Toki while their children Momonosuke and Hiyori was asleep or her lap.
"That's why your here" Toki repeated not understanding him.
"Yep"
"And what now, what do you want to do?"
"Were you able to kill Orochi?" Percy asked the most important question
"It was too late" Oden seethed in anger, "he has already taken the shogunate from me with the help from Kaidou and they tried to kill my children."
"What do you want to do?" Percy asked as he threw the question right back at Oden
"Can you help?" Oden bowed his head
"Officially, no" Percy said which made him and Toki disappointed, "But, I told you there is always another option."
The door open and a man walked in, he had a green cloak on and a red tattoo on his left side of his face. He smiled at the couple
"May I introduce to you to Monkey D. Dragon, the leader of the Revolutionary Army" Percy said
Oden and Toki were shocked, they had some idea of who the revolutionary was, but had no clue Percy's involvement in it.
"Normally we mainly we fight against the world government" Dragon said as he broke the silence, "but seeing as Kaidou and Orochi has been doing some truly horrific things in Wano, we couldn't turn a blind eye to the suffering people here".
Oden and Toki nodded their heads and found their voice,
"What do you plan to do, Orochi is unkillable thanks to Kaidou" Toki mentioned.
"Not necessarily" Percy said as he joined in on the conversation once again. "He is fallible, we just need an opportunity, Kaidou isn't the problem in Wano, it's Orochi."
"Right" Oden nodded his head, "Kaidou admires strength, as long as I prove my strength and I show him that I am able to hold my own, he will back off. It's that rat Orochi that's the issue. We need to kill him as soon as possible."
"I can't be a part of the plan" Percy said as he stood up. "If someone sees me within a hundred miles of an assassination attempt of a world leader, my ass will be chewed out by God knows how many world government officials. I need to get out of here. I hope to here about the good news in the paper in the next couple days."
Dragon and Oden nodded their heads while Toki smiled. Percy waved his head while using dark travel to teleport back to his dingy boat just off the coast of Wano.
[That's all the time I could afford] Percy thought as he used his ocean power to sail back to Marineford. [Dragon and Oden should be enough to kill Orochi. Kaidou and Dragon are almost on equal terms in combat strength, almost; leaving Oden to fight Orochi. The red scabbards can fight the young Beast pirates by themselves, right? Dragon shouldn't be the only revolutionary there anyways.]
As Percy sat on the dingy boat he thought once again, [I can't wait for a vacation].
