章節 6: Chapter 006- New plans?

Though Ling wan was impressed with the intelligence of Ling yun, as a person who has been in conflict with various elders inside the villa and overcame various conspiracies in past few decades, he found some loopholes in the plan. So, after some hesitation, Ling wan said, "I am truly impressed with your planning, young master. But I have some suggestions if I may?"

Ling yun didn't become angry at Ling wan for pointing out that his plan isn't perfect and can be improved. Instead, he was happy. Ling yun knows that he isn't a master planner and might make mistake. Even a master planner can make mistakes time to time. But if someone points out that mistake before the execution of the plan, the chances of failure will decrease a lot.

"Go on. I am listening." Ling yun said in a happier tone of voice and that eased the concern that Ling wan had in his mind.

"I think it will be better if we think of a plan to secretly kill your father first. Otherwise, if I declare my intention of taking over the villa master position, some might agree but many will think of this as a rebellion as nobody knows that you are supporting me from behind. Besides, we also don't know how your gradfather is going to react after I take over the villa master position."

"So, the best course of action should be to kill your father first. Then I can declare to the people that I will be acting as a villa master until you get old enough to take the position. That way, nobody will be able complain and there will be less bloodshed. What is your say in this, young master?," Ling wan concluded his words while thinking if he missed anything.

"Marvelous. Your plan seems to be more solid than mine. We will go with your plan and I hope that you will also point out if I make any mistakes in the future. Now we just have to find a way to kill my father without letting anyone know." After saying that, Ling yun closed his eyes and started to think of a way to kill his so called father.

After several minutes, Ling yun opened his eyes and described the plan about how his father can be killed without raising any suspicion, "We will do it like this..."

After making sure that Ling wan fully understands everything, Ling yun moved onto another topic. Ling yun said, "Elder wan, Xia yuanba has some special vein which only awakens if the person has desire for power. I want you to train him personally. Make sure to use any means necessary to make his desire for power grow. I will come time to time to talk to him in order to make his loyalty for me more firmer and stronger."

"Now, for xiao che, it will take years before I cure him. In the meantime, teach him the skills he can learn at his level. Also, make sure to increase his foundation as much as possible. That way, he will have easier time cultivating when he gets his veins back. And before I forget, don't underestimate him just because he is a cripple now. "As for xiao lingxi, besides giving her teaching about cultivation, send her to the head maid to train her. Mother has been bugging me to take a maid for a while, she would be a perfect candidate."

"And about xia qingyue, you don't have to worry about her. I will train her personally."

Ling yun went to find xia qingyue. When he reached her courtyard, he found her cultivating while sitting crossed legged. He greeted her to announce his presence.

Xia Qingyue woke up from her meditation and asked, "Why are you here, young master Ling?"

"Of course, I am here to train you. Though I am a little bit disappointed about the way you are addressing me."

"What do you mean?" Xia qingyue asked in a confused manner.

"What I mean is that you are already my fiancee. So, shouldn't you address me with some endearing words? Like husband or dear." Ling yun said in a teasing voice.

"Hmph! And why should I? It's not like it is mandatory to do that," She replied.

After that talk with her back in floating cloud city, Xia qingyue opened up a little to him. On the way to the heavenly sword villa, Ling yun teased her several times. But even once, she didn't get really angry towards him. Instead, it seems that her tone of voice towards him getting softer and softer with every conversation they had.

"Poor me! My own future wife doesn't want to call me dear or husband," While saying that, he started to shed some fake crocodile tears.

Seeing him acting like that Xia qingyue became speechless and said, "Sigh! I never knew you are such a drama queen. Now, can you stop that?"

But seeing him not stopping at all, she finally relented a little and said, "Fine, how about I call you brother yun for now. Happy?"

Instantly Ling yun's crocodile tears vanished and said, "Well, it's a progress, I guess. Don't worry, in no time, you will learn to call me dear and husband as well."

Xia qingyue just gritted her and said nothing.

Ling yun gave her some time to collect herself before saying again, "Here is a cultivation art that I created. It is called 'Heavenly Foundation art'. I have high expectations for you. Practise well."

After saying that, he directly imprinted the art in her mind. Seeing her falling into meditation, he left the courtyard not to disturb her.

Ling wan gathered all of his trusted people in a secret location. After a few tests, he selected 100 or so people to become spy.

These 100 people were all orphans and homeless when they were brought in the villa by Ling wan. Since they are thoroughly brainwashed since young, there is little to no chance of betrayal from them.

Anyway, after giving them some instructions of what to do, Ling wan went to visit xiao che, xia yuanba and xiao lingxi to give them some lessons on cultivation.

Lastly, he went to head maid with xiao lingxi to make her a proper maid. After doing all these things, he finally went to villa master to explain that he will be going into seclusion in order to cultivate.

When, in reality, Ling wan secretly left the heavenly sword villa with the help of his contracted aerial profound beast. His destination is the headquarter of the black moon merchant guild in divine Phoenix empire.
