章節 56: Autumn was coming

**Lorenzo's point of view**

I had to know what she was thinking. I had to know what was going on inside her mind. By the look on her face, it was impossible to figure out, what she needed. We sat outside Peter's apartment, and shared a cigarette, while the cold wind was catching on. 

Autumn was coming. 

''Are you okay?'' i asked, even though i knew she wasn't. Without looking at me, she slightly smiled and nodded carefully. ''Mhm'' she replied. Not much to go with. 

''Look, Adrena i know this is a mouthful. And if there was anything i could do right now to ease your mind, then i'd do it. You know that, right?'' i continued. I didn't know if i said all of these things completely for the sake of her, or if it also was because i needed some peace in my own mind. 

''Mhm-'' she said.
