Magic casting methods:

Static:

The use of a spell module, built-in your mind, which mana is then sent towards. The spell module takes control of the mana and completes the spell, all that the caster has to do is focus on this module to keep the spell stable. (Tier 5 - they can weave different varients of the module to indirectly control the spell)

Hybrid-Eldrian style:

Focusing more on the mana sent to the spell module, he kept a connection with it. Allowing him to loosen his focus on the spell module and control the mana directly. It restricted him in needing to cast through the spell module to form a successful spell but allowed him to control it at will.

Dynamic:

Instead of relying on a spell module to form the spell, with dynamic casting you envision what you want. You send the mana, you control its composition, and as it forms you keep control.

It requires far more training and offers far more versatility.

Spirit magic (Eldrian's name for it):

Channeling your emotions to form a spell and use magic. It is the most common way to make use of the aspect of chaos, but in some cases, it can be related to other aspects too.

The basic casting would be giving your emotions control, and simply hoping that it will work out.

Generally control is lacking.

Tierless:

A mix of dynamic casting and spirit magic. Envisioning what you want with the spell and fueling it with emotions.

Auras:

An example of extremes. With a spark emotions will form and take over, overwhelming everything as it seeks freedom.
