depends if it's Deadpool level they would heal in a day or 2 no problem anything lower I would say a week or 2 and double it if cauterised. but if it's magic or curse ability probably instantly but drains their strength and stamina like piccolo in DBZ

if you plan to have them using haki you should definitely increase the power levels of the enemy's or it won't be a good fight for alibasta,skypia and CP 9 p.s please don't make the MC op because some bleach powers are ridiculous
