I wrotte a previous review where i told that the MC dosn’t act like a slytherin at all and i hoped that he will become more cunning etc but no he look like a gryffindor at most so i drop this story....the only reason he is a slytherin is because of his surname...
Sound like a good book but the MC ruins it for me. Just want to warn anyone , but to me the mc seems way too friendly to ever be a Slytherin. He’s literally a Slytherin in name but does not act like one at all. He’s too friendly and naive and it really irks me. I really couldn’t get into it because of how the mc acts.
Love it the mc backround is... original i really love this that make a refreshing story compared at the other Harry Potter fan fic I just find that as the heir of slytherin he is too « friendly » but the story is new so i will see how it’s develloping. And please for god sake no harem
I really like this novel and I hope it will go on like this...A small suggestion from my side will be don't trouble too much on mystery around Neal and musical box... And just write it till the end as there are not many HP fanfic with mc being in Slytherin and also a good guy along with not doing Overpowered things... I like it and keep it up

1/ This fanfic is mostly based on the movies rather than the books. 2/The author has superficial knowledge about the wizarding world. 3/ The characters were very 2 dimensional, with no depth. This story has potential😊
The whole premise of a MC being the real true descendant of Slytherin is quite fresh most are usually one of the main trio. I also love that they MC has very little to do with the normal mc characters as it usually just waters them down I'm looking forward to where this ends up going
This Harry Potter fan fiction is off to a good start. There are currently 31 chapters released with an astonishing release rate. It is a good story with a lot of original ideas which i really like. But I fear that some plot lines that were introduced will backfire later down this story and make it 'unbalanced' in regard to the world setting and power levels. Hopefully the author will find a way to make it work:) I will continue to read this book. Thank you author in case you read this.
So far its quite great but the second year.... will he end up in azkaban on false charges because of the diary? Also will there be romance or no? Also i cant wait to see how this develops
This is a very good story as of chapter 92. I love how the MC doesn't know the plot, doesn't really have a golden finger come out of nowhere, and truly feels that in an AU of Harry Potter he can actually exist. He also doesn't try to become the KING of everything and only goes on to excel in the things that actually interest him. He also doesn't become a tail for the trio and they only cross paths because of his family history and his friends clashing with them. As for his changing cannon, it is natural since he is a Slytherin and he wants to know his heritage, and since Voldy was also a Slytherin the MCs actions change what Harry experiences on his way to defeat Voldy.
Overall, this novel is very well done. I've got one complaint though. The development is terrible. The progression is way too fast. There are 74 chapters so far and he's already on year 4. The novel isn't gonna last long if the Author doesn't have a plan for after the protagonist leaves Hogwarts. At several points in the story, the author rushes and the quality gets very sloppy. Sometimes event's that weren't previously mentioned will be brought up and confuse the readers. Then in a later chapter it'll be explained with a flashback. Honestly, it's a great story, but with how jumpy the plot is, a rewrite might not be a bad idea.
Overall ive enjoyed the story quite a bit. How he was able to cast high level spells early on is kinda bull to me but at the same time, eh being nitpicky I guess sorry author. Some grammar issues here and there but nothing that makes it illegible I appreciate how the main character has been written and while the Ron bashing seems excessive... I like it. For me the character development overall (not just MC) is the best part of this fan fiction Thanks author I dont do reviews too often bit felt like it for your story
Very good story as the mc doesn't care much about the golden trio, acts like pureblood (not in the bad way), the author has changed some things about the og story making this truly interesting as it does not follow the og story and the story progresses quite fast so it doesn't get boring. Some minor writing errors, but very much readable. Very strongly recommended!
It is definitely a very good read. I've fully read 25 hp fanfics and dropped around 60 this is my third favorite of all of them.
This is one of the best fan fiction of Harry Potter ever. I really recommend it. Please update more author, this book has so much potential.
Quite intriguing how Oakley Avery saw Tom Riddle aka Voldemort beneath him because of his status as a half blood wonder what will happen next especially after Harry I'm assuming starts to mention of Voldemort being back like the dumb child that he is so to speak not thinking of the foolishness of the situation not to mention what will happen now with Neal back at Hogwarts and if he will end up accepting or changing due to his darkness either way cant wait to read more of this book look forward for when ur able to get the chance to continue on
Quite intriguing and curious how Harry is reflecting back on how he could have had a better relationship with Neal not to mention if he had made the right choice in letting Ron and his family along with what he heard of Voldemort and then Malfoy influence him a little too much that he believed everyone from Slytherin to be dark and bad and now he is regretting it especially when he knows he has a darkness inside of him and how the sorting hat wanted to put him in Slytherin wonder what will happen next when they return to Hogwarts look forward to reading more of this book and getting the chance for when ur able to continue on with this book cant wait to read more
Hello, This is Snowstar. Author of this novel. There a few things that I would like to say about the novel that readers must know. Those who don't like to know even a tiny bit of spoiler, Ignore this and proceed. As for those who want to know what this is about, Please continue. 1. The protagonist of the novel, Neal Slytherin is the direct descendant of Salazar Slytherin and not a descendant from the House of Gaunt like Voldemort. 2. Neal won't be too cold or arrogant like how everyone expects Slytherin to be. He might act friendlier towards strangers because he was taught to do like that from his Orphanage where he grew up. But that's it. 3. Neal won't be like a hero who forgives anyone or helps others. He's a Grey MC. Please don't judge him at the starting chapters. 4. Neal won't involve much in Harry's events and have his own story. So, aside from interaction from time to time, they don't be involved much in each other stories. 5. While the overall plot doesn't change, the story between start and end might be the same or different. 6. The progress of MC training the spells can't be shown as it's a bit boring process for me to write as well as take too much space and time to research about it. So, please don't think how did MC knows such strong spells or something like that. After all, this is not some jutsu or sword technique training that needs to take a lot of time. All it needs his comprehension. MC is being portraited as the most talented student and often gets compared to Voldemort indirectly from time to time. Although he still might need a lot of training when it comes to real battles. 7. History sometimes will be changed from the original to my comfort for the story. So, please don't point out that it is wrong and it isn't that way on the books or movies 8. And finally, the most important point in fanfic that everyone curious about. Is this a Harem or not? The answer is "NO". MC will end up with only one person. As for who it is, it will remain as a question mark until the end of the novel.
