The problem in his otherwise wonderful life ... Keeping his huge secret from his protagonist brother who seemed to have huge secrets of his own and more importantly, his lover whose genius was emphasized in the diary nine times. Zane must learn to be smart, discreet and elusive. After all, the worst fate of a spy is to be caught.

Overall a very interesting and good story. I can see where a couple of folks have left comments with suggestions for edits- they looked to be correct, and they'll make the story a little more polished. I enjoyed reading the prologue-type of introduction, and it really set up your story for success in the later chapters, very good use of that writing tactic. The characters' interactions are above average here on WN, and the suspense build up is perfect. Good job, and keep writing, dear author!
Interesting premise, however there are quite a few grammatical errors and punctuation errors. If you can polish your book it would turn the book even better. Otherwise good job!

First off: Zane, cool name. I like it already lol. The MC's a bit interesting. He's definitely not a hero, but he's not really a villain (anti-hero) either. I haven't seen many MCs like this, so this was a fresh twist. The plot has really just began, but I want more chapters already! Keep it up, author!

There is some good characterization on the characters, I think the plot will go to somewhere interesting. But in the first part there is a hefty amount of info dumping. It might be challenging for the light readers to read though. I think grammar needs some work but else good story.
Off to a food start, the characters are well described and i csn visualize it well. I look forward to seeing more chapters coming out. Keep up the good work!
I'll be honest here, this story is way more interesting than i thought it would be. I feel quite curious about the main character Zane and what's he up to. The plot really makes one want to know more! This book is definitely a keeper! I hope for you to write more as I will be waiting!
I love the story! I like how they took the time to put a cover with the size for it to be posted. I dunno if this a spoiler? Also, how Zane likes to see people. XD It is kinda funny how he examines people. Though, I just stare. XD
I wish depth and breadth were awarded by Webnovel; you'd have a home run of 5/5 star reviews! Your protagonist's first appearance as a well-characterised senior citizen with wisdom, cynicism, and intelligence to match his age, who DOESN'T reincarnate, is a gem... I dare to say I wish to give him a huge hug. As your plot progresses, it rolls out like the an Italian's 'r'. Though there are still grammatical errors after the first two chapters, I am sure they will be corrected when you return to your story in a few months. If you do not wish to wait that long to freshen your view on your writing, another strategy is reading your story as you view it on another device *using a different font size and type* - your slight errors will stick out like a sore thumb (I speak from experience)! I can feel the immense work you put into this novel and greatly commend you for your effort. Sometimes, it can be tiring when all you think about is improvement - you may even slip by the beauty you could create when you do so! My only piece of advice to offer you is to forget the pressure of perfection as you write and live in the love of the moment; I promise that you'll realise you make far less errors. I wish I had more constructive criticism to help you build your writing but I do not. Whatever editing skills you implored for your first two chapters (the Prologue) are exquisite.

Fantastic story and world building, a few grammatical errors, but not to the point you can't understand whats happening. The main protagonist is written well, no complaints here. The only thing I have a CON about is the uploading of chapters. The story is really great but we only get uploaded chapters every like few months, other than that really amazing novel. I will not be going into detail as to what makes it amazing and great, you'll have to read and find that out yourself!
Of all the BL novels that I had read, this one was my first and is my favorite. Seeing how Zane develops and grow thru his life, how he come to accept himself and opening up to other is very very warming. Zane is a scheming and cunning man, such people will usually cut off most of their emotions, especially people with such trauma like Zane. Like in one of the chapter, he’s constantly ignores his own suffering n trauma as he think his pain is nothing to mention and other have it worse. That’s really unhealthy, really an unhealthy mentality to have… I’m really glad that Phoenix was there for him tho, hopefully they’ll open up to each other more soon🥰🥹🥰🥹🥰🥹 I’ll definitely say that their development especially the Mc is epically cool n smart. Hopefully he’ll use his enchanting skills to make lots of tools n a few trump cards, even disposable ones are fine. Just so mc will be a bit more safer n prepared for various situations. Magical tools that’ll help him(maybe automatic following and attacking/defending turret smth smth) devices that’ll protect him giving layers of safety ✨🍀✨🍀✨🍀✨ It’s also very very great seeing his relationship with his family, the father n Xavier/Jasper are so very warm in some aspect. Xavier pls be nicer to Zane, Jasper pls be more sane towards Zane. The father is so caring and heartwarming, tho he can be such a worry wart which is kinda cute haha. 🥰😊🥰😊🥰😊 The grandpapa, elders n some others on the other hand can go **** ***, *你这个***，去***你自己**吧. I really hope to see more Zane relationship with his classmates but it’s okay, I believe once school starts for real again for Zane, things will happen👀. Zane will definitely have fun sca- I mean interacting with them hehe 👀 Going back to Zane n Phoenix, their relationship is just cute, warm n very very hot 🥵. Some chapter are deserving of being spicy. Tho I really hope for another session of Zane topping(tho Zane is such a bottom haha, still him topping every now and then is just so hot), and maybe with some edition of elixirs n toys hehe. Maybe in one smexy night, they’ll switch after each round hehehe. It will be so very hot n spicy lol 🥰🥵🥰🥵🥰🥵 PS. I recommend toys n outfits for their special times hehe😏

Love this book tremendously so far. The main character is charming and plays cunningly with his smooth facade. The developing romance is endearing and the introduction in this magical world is well-developed. Definitely one of the gems in Webnovel!
