As Aether was reading about Mondstandt, more like he was reading a story, it was called the 3 Moon sister, as he felt a tap on his solder, he turned his head to see who it was
a beautiful young girl with short, lilac hair styled in a braid above her forehead and light green eyes. Her headpiece is white and gold and resembles a crown with a pair of roses at both sides by the ends. Her dress resembles a suit of armor and matches her headpiece.
Aether just looked at her. "Can I help you?".
The girl looked at Aether a bit blushing. "Um yeas, my name is Noelle, and I am made of the Knight of Favonius, and I heard you just became a knight".
Aether looked up from his book, intrigued by the young maid standing before him. "Yes, I did. What can I do for you, Noelle?"
Noelle's cheeks flushed a bit deeper as she continued, "I wanted to congratulate you on becoming a Knight of Favonius. As a maid, I assist the knights in various tasks and upkeep. If there's anything you need help with or if you have any questions about the Order, please feel free to ask."
Aether smiled, noting her enthusiasm. "Thank you, Noelle. Actually, since you're here, could you tell me more about the duties and responsibilities of a knight? I want to understand my role better."
Noelle nodded, her eyes brightening. "Of course! The Knights of Favonius are responsible for protecting Mondstadt, maintaining peace, and assisting the citizens. As a new knight, you'll likely start with patrols, assisting with quests, and learning the ways of our Order. There are also various special roles within the Knights, such as reconnaissance, diplomacy, and combat support."
Aether raised an eyebrow. "That sounds like a lot of work. Do you have any advice for someone new to the Order?"
Noelle's expression grew serious. "The most important thing is to stay dedicated and uphold the values of the Order—honor, duty, and courage. Always be ready to help others and strive to improve yourself. Even though I'm a maid, I always try to support the knights in any way I can, hoping one day to become a knight myself."
Aether observed her determination. "It sounds like you have a strong sense of purpose. I hope you achieve your goal."
Noelle smiled gratefully. "Thank you, Aether. If you ever need assistance with anything or just want to chat, feel free to visit me in the Knights' headquarters."
As Noelle turned to leave, Aether reflected on their conversation, appreciating her dedication and the sense of camaraderie she conveyed.
Noelle then turned around and looked at him. "Um I do have a question what did you do to become a knight".
Aether just looked at her. "Will you see I helped them during the Storm Terror problem".
Noelle then looked at him. "I see that is what I need to do".
Aether raised an eyebrow bur he relsihe. "So you wanna become a knight as well".
Noelle nodded, her determination evident in her eyes. "Yes, I want to become a knight of the Knights of Favonius. I've been working hard and assisting in any way I can, but I know that proving myself in the field is important."
Aether smiled at her resolve. "That's a noble goal. I'm sure with your dedication and hard work, you'll achieve it."
Noelle's cheeks flushed slightly at the encouragement. "Thank you, Aether. I appreciate your support. I've been preparing myself in every way I can, hoping that one day I'll get the opportunity to prove my worth."
Aether nodded thoughtfully. "If you ever need any advice or assistance, let me know. I'm still getting used to everything myself, but I'd be happy to help however I can."
Noelle's face brightened with gratitude. "Thank you! That means a lot to me. I'll definitely keep that in mind."
With a final nod, Noelle turned to leave, a sense of renewed determination in her step. Aether watched her go, admiring her commitment and reflecting on how he might be able to support her in her quest to become a knight.
Aether then saw from the corner of his eyes her a bit sad, as he looked at her and just sighed, Paimon just looked at him
Paimon saw Aether. "That girl looks sad why is that".
Aether just looked at her. "It is because Noelle probably has self confidence issues, it is probably because of this Jeane has not made her into a Knight".
Paimon tilted her head thoughtfully. "So, you think she's struggling with her confidence? That might explain why she hasn't become a knight yet."
Aether nodded. "Exactly. Sometimes, even with all the skills and dedication in the world, it's the self-belief that's missing. She needs to show herself—and others—that she's ready."
Paimon thought for a moment. "Maybe we could help her out? If she gets a chance to prove herself in a smaller task or mission, it might boost her confidence."
Aether considered the idea. "That's a good point. I'll see if there's any way I can give her an opportunity to shine. Sometimes a small victory can make a big difference."
Paimon smiled. "Sounds like a plan! Let's see what we can do to help Noelle out."
Aether then saw something from the system, that made him go huh
[ New quests: Help Noelle to get more self confidence, reward will unlock at the end of this Quest ]
Aether blinked and looked at the system. "I thought you were the Crit system not the Gamer system".
The system responded:
[ I am designed to assist with various types of quests and rewards. While your primary function may involve crits, quests related to character development and interaction are also within my capabilities. Helping Noelle will not only benefit her but might also provide useful rewards for you. ]
Aether raised an eyebrow. "Well, I suppose it makes sense to help her if there's a potential reward involved. Alright, let's see how we can support Noelle in gaining more confidence."
Paimon looked curious. "So, what's the plan? How do we get started?"
Aether smiled. "First, let's have a conversation with Noelle and find out more about what she feels she's missing. Then we can come up with a plan to help her overcome those hurdles."
Aether and Paimon approached Noelle, who was sitting at a nearby table with a somewhat dejected expression. Aether took a seat across from her and gave her a reassuring smile.
"Hey Noelle," Aether began gently, "Paimon and I were talking, and we'd like to help you out if we can. You seem a bit down, and I was wondering if there's anything specific that's bothering you about becoming a knight."
Noelle looked up, her green eyes showing a mix of surprise and relief. "Well, it's just... I've always admired the knights and wanted to be one. But I'm not sure if I have what it takes. I feel like I'm constantly falling short compared to others, like I'm not good enough."
Aether nodded thoughtfully. "I understand. It's not uncommon to feel that way, especially when you have high standards for yourself. The important thing is to focus on your strengths and work on areas where you feel you could improve. Confidence often comes from acknowledging and building on what you're already good at."
Paimon chimed in. "Yeah, and you're not alone in this. Everyone has doubts at some point. Even Aether had to face challenges to get where he is now."
Noelle's expression softened. "Really? I didn't know that. It's hard to imagine someone like you having doubts."
Aether chuckled. "Believe me, everyone has their moments of uncertainty. But the key is to keep pushing forward and to not let setbacks define you. If you're willing, I'd like to help you with some training and tasks that could boost your confidence."
Noelle's eyes brightened slightly. "You would do that for me?"
"Of course," Aether replied. "Let's start with something simple. How about we set up a few tasks that you can complete, showing your skills and abilities? Each small success will help build your confidence."
Noelle hesitated for a moment before nodding. "Alright. I'd be grateful for your help."
Over the next few days, Aether and Paimon worked closely with Noelle. They started with basic tasks—like helping to clear out small Hilichurl camps or practice combat techniques. Aether was impressed by Noelle's dedication and enthusiasm, even though she sometimes doubted her abilities.
During one training session, Aether watched as Noelle successfully executed a series of maneuvers with her claymore. She had improved significantly, and the sense of achievement was evident in her demeanor.
"You're doing great, Noelle," Aether encouraged. "See how far you've come already? It's all about taking small steps and recognizing your progress."
Noelle smiled, her confidence growing with each accomplishment. "Thank you, Aether. I feel like I'm starting to believe in myself more."
As the days went by, Noelle's self-esteem improved. She began to approach her duties with greater assurance and took on challenges with a newfound determination. Jean noticed the positive change and complimented Noelle on her progress, which further boosted her morale.
One day, after a particularly successful mission, Noelle approached Aether with a grateful smile. "I wanted to thank you for everything. Your support and encouragement have really made a difference. I feel much more confident now."
Aether returned her smile. "You've worked hard, Noelle. All I did was help you see what you were capable of. The credit goes to you for making the effort."
Paimon floated nearby, beaming. "Yeah, you're awesome, Noelle! Keep up the great work!"
The system's notification then appeared:
[ Quest Complete: Help Noelle gain more self-confidence. Reward unlocked: Skill - "Inspire and Lead" - Boosts the morale and confidence of allies, enhancing their performance in combat and tasks. ]
Aether looked at the notification with satisfaction. "Looks like we've completed the quest. This new skill will come in handy."
Noelle's eyes widened as she saw the skill's description. "Thank you, Aether. I'm not sure how to repay you."
Aether shook his head. "Just keep being the great person you are and continue to grow. That's all the reward I need."
With a renewed sense of purpose, Noelle continued her journey as a knight, more confident and capable than ever. Aether and Paimon watched her progress with pride, knowing they had made a meaningful impact on her life.
Aether then activated the Golden screen of the system before he spoke. "What does this new skill does exactly and more immorality can it be leveled up".
Aether activated the golden screen of the system, and the interface displayed the details of the new skill:

Aether looked at the screen, then turned to Paimon. "So, this skill not only boosts my allies' performance but also has several upgrade levels that enhance its effects. The better I use it, the more powerful it becomes. It's definitely something worth investing in."
Paimon floated nearby, excited. "That sounds amazing! It could really turn the tide in tough situations."
Aether nodded, already considering how best to use and improve the skill. "Definitely. I'll need to keep an eye out for opportunities to level it up and make the most of its potential. For now, let's see how it helps us in our upcoming missions."
Aether then looked at the system. "How do I levee this up, I am going to gess that is by me seeing other people lead and I am going to gess that level 5 is not the Max
[ Your correct Host, if you see people lead you will learn, which gives you skill, you also can crit on learning so more exp the more you learn the more faster it levels, you can level up from level 1 to 100 ]
Aether was going to regert asking this. "How much for level 100
[ The exp need not just this but all the skill are, 42572,6284628,01836284,6384628,0099727,2367 ]
Aether stared at the system's response, his eyes widening in disbelief. "That's… an astronomical amount of experience needed. It's going to be a long journey to reach level 100."
Paimon hovered next to him, peeking at the screen. "Whoa, that's a lot of numbers! But it sounds like you can speed things up if you learn quickly and apply the skill effectively."
Aether nodded, trying to process the information. "Yes, critting on learning and gaining experience faster will definitely help. For now, I should focus on using the skill as much as possible and looking for opportunities to observe and learn from other leaders."
He took a deep breath, determined. "This will be a challenging but rewarding task. Let's get started and make the most of every chance we get to improve."
[ will host do remeber you can crit on learning with The million times effect, which means the Exp will be faster and faster, in let's say two hours of you learning something you can go from level 1 to 80 ]
Aether's eyes widened as he absorbed the system's new information. "Critting with the million times effect could accelerate this process dramatically. If I'm able to learn and apply knowledge effectively, reaching high levels of leadership quickly is definitely within reach."
Paimon, intrigued by the sudden boost in motivation, fluttered excitedly. "That sounds amazing! So, what's our first step?"
Aether thought for a moment, then smiled. "Let's start by observing leaders around Mondstadt, gathering insights on their leadership styles. We can begin with Jean and Kaeya, then move on to others who have proven themselves in various roles."
With a clear plan in mind, Aether and Paimon headed out to immerse themselves in the dynamics of leadership in Mondstadt. This journey would not only enhance Aether's new skill but also help him understand the intricate workings of leadership in a new world.
