well, it's a good novel, basically the mc is transported to the world re zero as male arthur Pedragon, he has both excalibus, he has very high status, but the author tries to convey the same vibe as subaru, a more human character so to speak , basically the mc is a subaru 2.0 the difference is that he is stronger and smarter than subaru, he just doesn't know how to use his stolen skills, and he is quite fearful, but in itself it is a good novel. and yes the mc knows both fate and re zero, and has knowledge about the plot.
This is pretty much Re: Zero: Why Me but from what i see from the comments you are gonna continue it unlike the original author and i would like to see the story continue because it is a great fanfic of Re: Zero and try your best please.
So far, there is no difference between them and the fanfiction previously written by others, except for Excalibur Morgan. Well, it's been stolen a lot, there is no "inspiration" situation right now. But the previously published fanfiction was left unfinished, I hope you continue it because it's a really nice fanfiction, I personally really liked it. .At least 5 people had already published the same fic in a slightly different way, and they all left it in the same place as the original author. Everything you published before was bad, they said it was good. I haven't read anything more than 10 chapters. This is the first time so far. I hope you don't give up on it. The reason why I gave 5 stars is for motivation to take this fic to the end. Actually, you don't deserve it because it's all copy and paste so far.

I remember the why me story and never really got why Cthulhu came out of no where I really enjoyed everything else though I wonder what twists you’ll add instead

The changes are so far relatively few, chapter 1 still has Aaron instead of Alex and I hope it's on the right track as long as it's not just a poorly edited copy and paste of the "Why Me" fic I'm waiting to see the changes next chapters

apart from the addition of a second sword, this fic is a copy of another famous ReZero fic called Why Me by Writer with Bad grammar. he even copied the part about the snack being 2.5 Singaporean dollars. just read the original fanfic
