The war has ended but people didn't have any happiness or sadness about it. This time they have seen much truth about the world. The people they have faith in become the type they are afraid of the most.
People start to get paranoid about the future. They don't know who will protect them. But they also want to see what change this will bring. None forget about the last warning majin gave them.
They want to believe that it will change the marine for good this time. They also started to think 'are all pirates really that bad.' As time pass many information about Whitebeard and the island under him comes. They found how safe they are there. Not a single pirate dared to do anything harmful for them. They also found a lot of information about how some island was saved by some pirates but the Marine took the credit. Many know about celestial dragons but still, they didn't voice out as they are not still people who can ask questions about anything.
Many try to find the sources of the information but they couldn't. It was like, the information was always there.
Somewhere in the new world

Inside a room, a person with tall built and red markings on his face is looking at the new report in his hand. After looking at the reports in his hand dragon smiled. He always wanted to tell the public about the true face of the celestial dragon and some of the marine works. But they couldn't do that as they had to work secretly and in that way, they can't leak more information. Even if they could Marine or cp agent will stop it before it even had any effect. After the war things changed. Civilians already started to doubt the WG way of justice. What he had to do is just put a little oil in the fire and it will spread out. He knows this may bring some chaos but he also knows sometimes they also have to use chaos for order.
"I also have a feeling this is not the end." Dragon Thought to himself as he asked for all of his commanders to come to his office.
In 10 minutes all of them arrived at the dragon office. Dragon look at everyone and then said "use this moment and try to convince other kingdoms. Also, everyone gets prepared. I had a feeling that the upcoming week will be a great surprise for us." After he give some more orders and dismissed them.
Sabo was also there. He was the happiest of everyone there. He already got back his memory when he saw the broadcast of execution. He wanted to go and help both of his brothers but this was already late for that. But someone saves them. He wanted to thank him personally. But decided to meet them after everything finished. He will give them a good surprise.
Another side of the new world
Red hair pirates
"Captain that new guy looked cooler than you when he enter." Said lucky roux as he bit his meat.
"Who's crewman are you" shouted a red hair with sharp shark-like teeth.
"But captain, he really looked cool with his entrance." Said another. Red hair was about to reply when everyone pause like a statue. Shanks move like a robot who is very old and rusty and asked "what did you say."
A crew member who looks as fat as lucky is crying with snot coming from his nose as he replies "t..the r..ru..rum is finished."
Shanks looked serious and shouted "set sail we have a war to fight. We don't have enough money for rum, we will go and brow some money from nearest pirates or marine."
Everyone Replied "yes captain" with great seriousness as it is a matter of life and death matter.

Makino hugged dadan as both cried as both Luffy and ace is safe. They also thanked Majin in their heart.

Vivi is happy for both ace and Luffy. She was still afraid of majin as she remembered when majin eat people after making them candy.
