There were no mirrors in the room, but when Tess was finished shaving his beard, and Lucian looked at his reflection in the bowl of water, even he was surprised. He had gone years without seeing his own reflection, and he had changed more than expected.

His features were sharp and well defined, though fitting for his bulky frame. His eyes were still that same vivid blue, but they seemed somehow different now. There was a predatory glint that hadn't been there years ago, and they seemed to catch the light unnaturally.

His body had also become larger and harder, and though he was not aware of it, his aura had undergone not so subtle changes with the improvements to his soul, and the formation of anchors.

He would be roughly 20 years old now, though exactly when his birthday was he did not know. Yet the strange mix of youthful skin with sharp eyes and a powerful aura left him a somewhat ageless appearance.
