I am rooting for you my man... just change how the MC acts, at least make him a copy of Allmight, and focus on him instead of the other characters because we all saw the anime and don't really need to know what's going on for those characters. Change things and make MC significant. Actually, maybe instead of an OC, why don't you rewrite and reincarnate Allmight into the one piece world, it would be a lot better I think and change the Era to the Era of Rocks so you could come up with new things and explore better and don't have to depend on canon to write. A hero in one piece, good enough... maybe even recreate the hero association somehow and write some kind of kingdom building story...etc. anyways, good luck rude.

MC is like a third wheel or a side character with no depth to him. For 13 chapters and still Nothing happened that's not Canon, and everything is copy paste with some few dialogues and unimportant screen time to MC who just thinks about determination this and determination that with no trace of One For All shown. The story development would have been good if the MC at the very least remembered something very basic about the One For All or MHA but unfortunately, despite that he doesn't remember anything about one piece and MHA, he doesn't even act like someone who is reincarnated from a 21st century but an anime dude who always thinks about determination and unimportant internal monologues about how he will protect pirates he doesn't even know, which was a poor excuse just so the MC could join the straw hats, which again when he joins, it will be easier for Author to write because he can copy paste almost anything. Sorry.
