Hikaru Hiroaki, a big fan of Dark Souls. Even though he only played the first one, he still loved the entire trilogy because of the lore that Vaatividya kindly explained in his videos.
But Hikaru's future was not bright, his mother works 2 jobs a day just to feed him and his 2 siblings. His father works at a construction site to pay their rent. That's why Hikaru didn't have enough time to play around, he works to save up for his college tuition. He is currently at the end of his high school life and he would enter college soon.
But unfortunately, as he traverses through the road while the traffic lights were still red, a drunk driver riding a lamborghini ignored the red lights and hits him directly.
He died instantly.
He woke up in a place covered in white fogs, and an old voice spoke to him.
"I shall give thou the power of Dark Souls, please use it wisely."

Alright, I didn't plan this fanfic at all. I just daydream everyday and write what's inside my head. You may see some paragraphs that you are not able to understand and that's fine. Just report it to me and I'll fix it.
Plot holes and plot armor, yeah, I have many of those in my fanfic. If you don't like plot holes and such, please don't read this. I don't like people just messing my ratings just because they don't like plot holes. Also, don't read this fanfic if you don't know Dark Souls, I promise you, you won't understand a thing about this fanfic.
Don't write a review if you don't know what you are talking about, it's seriously messing up my rating and I'll have to delete it if it's really bad. Just criticize it in the review, write something that's asking the author to write better. Honestly, reviews that are trying to put the author down are just downright bad. Many people out there gave up writing just because of those reviews, please don't do that to other fanfics or novels out there. I feel sorry for the author.

Also, before you post a review, please read at least to 50 chapters. If you don't like it, then you can criticize me for my really bad world building and character development. Trust me, I've had too many people stating that my MC is really bad, and they've only read like what, less than 10 chapters? I know I made too many mistakes in the early chapters, but you don't have to keep shoving it right into my face for god's sake.

You know, actually I expect the MC to have a difficult fight, or at least something that makes the MC die many times. But so far nothing has reminded me of Dark Souls other than monsters and MC equipment. Also, if I have to say it, the story isn't bad but it's not good either. It has its own advantages and disadvantages. Btw, there is no BL in this novel, seriously.
It's pretty good idea but it absolutely horrible execution. Most today main character's decisions don't even make any sons and on top of that it's just really cringe I don't mind cringe sometimes but this is too much.
in my opinion I just don't think the author understands the characters that he's writing Dark Souls in other worlds is extremely interesting, and I would love to read it but the way it's done when he goes to these other worlds is ridiculous. The characters that are in them are just complete idiots, and just feel really dumb down like I can't really be invested in the story if the third Hokage just agrees with almost everything.
She would have taken a better assessment if not the very steep decline in the story and the great passages after the season of three years and how hundreds of thousands of times died and the sharp transition in Narto and many other things made the story bad Note: This is my personal opinion. The matter may differ with you, whether it is better or worse
I like the way this story is going and hope you'll keep this momentum, don't rush your updates since I rather not see another story be dropped. Also here's some questions that I want to ask you, you don't need to respond if your uncomfortable or you haven't decided yet; 1 - What's your favorite weapon & armor from Dark souls? | 2 - What's the worst boss you've faced against? | 3 - Will he be able to get boss souls or maybe in this case Illegal God Souls/Runaway Souls? And if so I think they should effect on the user be it physically, magically or he gains an ability with memories of their life. | 4 - Will you ever let the readers vote what world the MC goes to because if not please send him to some of the more unpopular anime like Soul Eater which would be perfect for him maybe even Problem Children from Another World or Tower of God?! Just please don't spam the same **** like the other Authors, I would be ever grateful if you do. **: I'll still read your story even if you don't answer some of questions or if any of them.
The grandeur feeling of accomplishment is something I have always wanted to earn for myself. I traverse the white light, in hopes of finding it, only for endless darkness expands in my view. Cry, cry, lonely one, for your adventure is still at your own head. Only when you wake up, is the time when you will know True accomplishment.
Well, 60 chapters and the story is quite bland. At some point, I started scrolling down and decided to drop this. If you don't have any idea for the story development, why do you write it anyway? Take a break, read something for the enlightenment and then improve your story.
Hmm, I'm really confused. Why do my readers think that this is yaoi fanfic? FYI, I'm a really straight male. So why the hell would I write a gay fanfic? And also, thanks for those people for dropping some stones, I really appreciate it. But please don't drop them by the end of the week, every monday the spirit stones in this novel gets reset, I'm really glad that this fanfic isn't in the bottom of all fanfics out here in webnovel. But I think this is the only Dark Souls fanfic that ever reached this many chaps in this website... I think. I still haven't checked it, so I'll search later. Oh and also, please recommend me some Dark Souls fanfic. I've been trying to search for one and the only thing I saw was an Ornstein and Chosen Undead yaoi romance. For **** sake, please stop that. Have you ever saw super meatboy have sex with someone?! God, that was damn nightmare! Also, I'm getting good at writing in this laptop. That means I could potentially do 2 chaps a day but I think I would refrain from doing that because that's where most fanfic writer fail. They can't keep the story line in shape from all the chaps they are writing. Also, while I was searching for fanfics in webnovel, I found this very toxic fanfic writer. When their readers gives them a bad criticism, they would call them "retard" and some other inappropriate demeaning words. I mean, just accept the damn critic. I'm aspiring to be an author and I'm writing this fanfic for self training. Do y'all remember the first 4 chapters of this novels? How the mc is practically telling the Hokage about dark souls? I put that there on purpose, not that you would believe me. It's like a test or something, at least for me. They would give me bad reviews in the comments and I would see it and I would use it as a fuel. A fuel to write better. Man, how many words is this?

I did't really read far, but the start was stupid af. main telling kakashi: "I am from different land with dragons and..." And kakashi be like: "i will totally believe you. you are a stranger, but i will just believe you and the hokage and i grant you refuge, because we can totally trust strangers."

Another Story that has really Great Idea but Trashy Execution of it. When you read of this you would Cringe a lot, its sad that this story could have a lot of potential.
Don't feel like I need to explain, just read other reviews, this is just plain bad..........................................................
I love the book and how everything is going so far.i like the character development and the development of the plot . it's just a great read over all and I hope he dose more of the story in the future.
This was my most read book of the year (12 hours and 46 minutes) and I can say that this is a very fun and nice book to read if you are a fan of this genre!

really good story got me hooked when just started reading it although he does dumb things it's still fun to read and see what he does. I absolutely love this book
The mc is very OP he can one shot planets, the writing quality is ok it's fast paced and the idea is very good. i hope you will be writing more

Ok so first thing first their is one review that say that this is a yaoi, that is incorrect as it was stated on the same chapter that naruto is a girl and her real name is asumi, now i can understand the confusions, but yes naruto was genderbent so now she is female making this non yaoi, I do recommend the author to put that in the description so the author can advoid these confusion and would help out his fic for those who are not interest to read about a gay characters. Now onto the real review, the only thing I dont like is how the mc told the hokage everything about the basic dark soul lore and believe him. Even with the deathmark sarutobi should have still have a mindreader check his memories, another thing i don't like is the sudden time skip that came out of no where unless you watch the anime or manga your gonna br confuse wtf just happen. Now for the good the story have a interresting premise with having an dark soul system in the naruto universe. And having mc being able to use chakra is pretty cool but can make the spells in dark soul useless unless he use divine spells, and the mc is interesting otherwise that all i have to say not much happens so I can only hope it gets better from here on out
