บท 53: Chapter 53: Things Are About to Get Jolly

Waking up with a dead guy standing over you is no fun. But in this case, it was only kinda terrible because the dead guy in question was Cecil. His stench of death pierced through my clogged sinuses as he yanked me from side to side.

“Hey!” I yelped, understandably startled.

Cecil held a finger on his right hand up to his lips and tried to cover mine with a finger on his left, which just made the smell worse.

“Shhhhhh!!!!!!!” He hissed.

I knocked his finger away and yanked the covers up to my shoulders, suddenly well aware of the Transformer jammies I was wearing. “What are you doing here?” I hissed back at him.

“Did I wake you? I’m so dreadfully sorry.” He kept his voice low, conspiratorial.

“You were shoving me back and forth,” I answered in the same hushed tone. The last thing I needed was for my folks to walk in and find a strange, flamboyant, dead guy in my room in the middle of the night. “Of course you woke me up!”
