"It's been a long time, big brother." I greeted my big brother after seeing him.
I am Shoko Makami. The youngest child in our family. I am a thirty seven years old office worker in USA.
My entire life can be considered as plain and Mundane. I was a good student. But being a good student does not guarantee a good life. After getting the degree in data science, I got some job offers from abroad with quite some generous salary. During that time my entire family except for my middle elder brother, Satoru was against me, going abroad. But I didn't listen to them. And I have to say that I somewhat paid the price for it. Being the chief data scientist, I get a handsome amount of money. It let me afford a good life. But the workload is too taxing. And sticking in a single company for a long time, is really hard. So as you can guess I am still single single and a virgin. It's really sad ?
Well life sucks anyway.
I rarely gets vacation from my company. So each time, I come back to my home in Japan.
My middle elder brother Satoru, is my favourite. He works as a general contractor and two years older than me.
"Well, it has been three years since I last saw you in person. Let's go."
It took us a while to reach the parking lot in the airport. Opening the boot of his Lexus LS, he helped me with my luggage.
"This is your new car ?" I asked Satoru as he started driving. It has been 3 months since he told me about selling his old Subaru for a new one. But I didn't know which one he bought.
"It is a LC 500h. I got that delivery around a week ago. Originally I was planning for a Supra since I have already a GTR 35. But the new one doesn't have the charm of the mark 4. So I decided to go for a hybrid." Satoru answered me. "By the way, what about your job ?" He asked me.
"Same old, same old. With this promotion my workload has reduce a bit. But it is not much." I answered him.
"Actually I have a file to get from a friend's house in shibuya. I was planning on getting it before hand when you told me that your flight will be late for 2 hours because of some technical issues. But then you suddenly told me that the issue has been solved and you will take off in 45 minutes. So I couldn't get the file. It will take me a few minutes to get the file." Satoru told me.
"Don't worry I don't mind waiting for a bit. I am going to stay with you for next 3 days anyway." I told him.
He drove us to his friend's house. But when we reached there, I saw a coffee shop in front of it. I didn't want to wait for him while do nothing. So I decided to grab a coffee.
"I am gonna get a coffee while you get the file." I told Satoru.
"Okay. I'll be back in a few minutes." He told me as both of us got out of the car.
I went into the coffee shop. Got myself a coffee and came outside. I looked towards the apartment where Satoru has gone.
Just when I was about to cross the road to go near his car, I heard a shout. The street was not that crowded, but the shout attracted my attention. My eyes widened as I saw a hobo running towards me holding a knife.
For a moment I froze. I couldn't understand what was happening when suddenly a man out of no where pushed me aside.
*Honk*thud*
Before I know it I got hit by the famous truck kun.
I didn't know how much damage I took. But I couldn't feel my left side from the impact. My head was feeling fuzzy despite the pain from my entire body.
'What the hell just happened ? Is my consciousness sleeping away ? Damn ! Am I going to die like this !
My hurts like hell.
//Notice- pain resistance has been acquired.
'What the hell is this voice ?
Is this blood flowing from my head ? It is cold. I don't like it.'
//Notice- cold resistance has been acquired.
'My entire body feels like, I am on fire. Am I paralyzed ? I can't feel it. Like that time I got shocked from a broken computer.'
//Notice- heat resistance has been acquired.
Paralysis resistance has been acquired.
Lightning resistance has been acquired.
Heat resistance and cold resistance has been combined to thermal resistance.
'what is this voice again ? It is like a holy commandment. I never liked them. But this voice feels nice. Maybe the voice of a spirit who do magic in those isekai animes.'

Spirit attack resistance has been acquired.
Magic attack resistance has been acquired.
Holy attack resistance, spirit attack resistance, magic attack resistance, paralysis resistance and thermal resistance has been combined into abnormal status nullification.
'Damn ! Why am I so sleepy ? Am I really going to die ? I am already 37 and still virgin. A few more years, and I could have been considered as one of the great sages.'

'Shut up who ever you are. I couldn't even loose my virginity in this life. I swear, if I got reincarnated like those isekai animes, I am gonna eat the most handsome guy first !'

"Shoko ! Can you hear me ? Hang in there. The Ambulance as almost here. Hey Shoko !"
'Damn ! Is it Satoru ! I can't even speak !
"Sa-satoru, I wanted to tell you sorry. I took your hentai anime collection drive in my power adaptor, the last time I came to visit you. Please forgive me. I give you my house in the silicon valley. Just make sure to get them back if you ever travel there. They are in my pc."

The tale of a dragonewt
Velda and Michael's experiment failed. They were attempting to create a creature which could possibly inherit the power of turn null, upon it's evolution. But the Chaos element overloaded the threshold and took the life of the human Saint before the Dragonewt could even born.
And without an ego or a soul, the Chaos energy ran rampant in the other dimension threatening to completely destroy it. So Velda has no choice but to send away the chaos womb to the end of the space and time in order to save the other dimension. He was not keen on saving it. But it was the place where the evil Dragon has been sealed. And they didn't want to disturb it until the right time.
But unknown to them, in the last moment of their completion of the primordial magic, the soulless body gained a soul who got reincarnated in that world.
(AN: okay so let me inform you first before going ahead. MC's soul cross the dimension in roughly similar time as Rimuru. But due to being sent to the end of time and space, now she can come back at any timeline possible.)
Usually the body should have been destroyed as soon as it reached the void where time and space doesn't exist.
Any creature except for Veldanava can't survive in that environment in the normal circumstances. Because, in the end of time and space there is no environment to begin with.
But this time there was a unique circumstance.
The rampant chaos energy the Dragonewt has, helped her survival for a while. And that was enough for her unique skill adaptor to kick in.
Even when the soul remained unconscious, the unique skill adaptor worked tirelessly to adapt to the void. In a normal circumstance it would have failed but with the combining effort of great sage, predator and adapter, the body somehow managed to survive in the void. Since the concept of time doesn't exist here, indefinite time after finally stabilizing, the soul gained consciousness.

"What the hell happened with me ? I died right ? I can't see anything ! But I am conscious. I can clearly feel my self but it seems that I am floating. Maybe it is the cliche isekai scenario where I was supposed to meet a God ?
I was a woman of culture. And in anime culture, isekai genere was pretty popular even in the hentai industry. Where the protagonist get reincarnated into a hentai world and gets a harem or reverse harem for himself/herself.
But something feels weird. My body feels unfamiliar. Let's wait for the god to come."

/Who said this ? This must be the God ! Who preferred being called ROB ! No, this is a feminine robotic voice. Often angels who serves gods, have this kind of voice.

Then can you explain my current situation in a way that I can understand ?

As I told you earlier, we are in a place called void, the end of time and space .
Originally, you should have been reincarnated in the cardinal world. But then for some unknown reason you are soul went towards another dimension. And as soon as it entered an unborn body, you were sent to this place by an unknown person with an unknown magic.
In the void, nothing exists. Not even space and time. But with the help of your unique skills, you were managed to survive.
/Are you saying me that I have already been reincarnated. And instead of going to reward filled with sexy hunks, I am stuck here in the end of time and space, because of this shitty unknown person ?

Soon I realised that getting out of this was almost impossible without the voice of the world, a system that was originally responsible for giving me my skills.
And in the end of the space and time even voice of the world doesn't exist.
I got the extended knowledge from great sage about the cardinal world.
And how things worked on the basic level. Since I had nothing to do, I decided to learn everything that great sage had to offer.
Honestly, is not for her, then my soul would have collapsed from the loneliness alone. Soon I started tinkering with my other skills. Since time doesn't exist here, I didn't know how much time has passed, but I finally found out, how this skills worked and forms.
Basically, to create or upgrade a skill, you need three things.
The first is the base, where a skill is rooted. And that base, in most of the cases is a soul. But a soul must be strong enough to become the base of the skill. For example, my skills are called unique skills. While great sage was doubting that their might be an ultimate skill, I was sure that it can exist since there are a lot of potential in my unique skills to grow even further. Great sage was like an AI. But she has potential to grow even further.
Second was energy. While great sage was made from a primal energy called Stardust, the turn null energy in the void has a lot of potential as well.
And the third thing was information. Simply speaking data and code.
All in all, any kind of skill, is like a program.
After finding out these things, I did the best thing I do. I worked hard. Great sage was a great help. Infact without her, it would have been impossible.
I wanted to escape. So I needed better skills which would let me escape.
In between the work, I named myself Makima using turn null energy, since I found it easier to work with a named soul.
The first thing I upgraded is grate sage. She evolved to wisdom lord Raphael. In that project I realised that almost number of my skills, have a predetermined evolutionary path.
After that my work became easy.
I was deeply attached to Raphael. And slowly but surely she was developing an ego. So I gave her the name 'Ciel' and she evolved into a nucleic core of Manas, Ciel.
After that, both of us worked hard and created and developed my other unique skills into ultimate once. There was no concept of time here. So without loosing motivation, we worked hard. Well, after her evolution, most of the word was being done by Raphael and later Ciel sensei. I was just giving them my ideas.
I was hopeful that one day I will be able to go back to the cardinal world where I was supposed to go. And then I will find myself
A Husbaaaaaaaand !.....
*sigh* and finally the time is here for me to leave this place.
