The next set is the papers for all the cars in both mansions." Mr Mills continued, adjusting his glasses, and then he licked his middle finger before flipping to the other documents.

Derek followed keenly, his brows pulling together and relaxing at some point. So far, he was familiar with the properties he had been mentioning, which were already too much, but he couldn't do anything about it.

"Let's move to the next set. These might be... pretty new to you." Mr Mills said, picking the documents and passing a copy to Derek. 

He waited for Derek to take a quick glance, and when he saw a slight change in his expression, he spoke.
