"Ding! Congratulations, host, on completing the sign-in task. You are rewarded with one lottery chance and 10,000 system points!"
As Samuel Kade was leaving, the system's voice suddenly rang in his mind!

Unlike his seven demonic siblings, he didn't want to rule the world. He merely wanted to live a leisurely life in this world.
Or more precisely, he just wanted to survive in this world...
But as a demon, chaos was always his favorite. So, he came to Gotham City.
Relying on a demon's ability to hear humans' inner thoughts, he opened a psychological counseling clinic and became a therapist.
In Gotham, even the air was filled with chaos!
It was the flavor demons loved the most!
Of course, he occasionally helped some people with their physical injuries as well.
For instance, Scarecrow, Bane, Penguin, and the recently seen Joker. He even helped save Two-Face from a fatal wound once...

It wasn't until the system issued a new task for him to sign in at Arkham Asylum that he became a psychiatrist there.

This girl's name was Harleen Quinzel, but you might be more familiar with her other name: Harley Quinn!
In the original DC storyline, Harley Quinn was assigned as the Joker's therapist.
However, she was captivated by the Joker's insane charisma and became infatuated with him.
She believed she had fallen in love with the Joker, so she helped him escape his confinement, ultimately succumbing to madness and adopting the moniker Harley Quinn!
But that wouldn't happen now.
Because a month and a half ago, Harleen Quinzel came to Samuel Kade's clinic looking for work and was successfully hired by him!
Now, she was just one of Samuel Kade's employees!
In fact, when she learned that Samuel Kade was going to work at Arkham Asylum as a therapist, Harleen Quinzel had advised him against it multiple times!
According to her, Arkham Asylum held extremely twisted and perverse supercriminals.
Even the previous therapist was killed by one of the inmates using a pen!
She was genuinely worried that Samuel Kade would get hurt!

Amused, Samuel Kade tossed his bag into the back seat of a nearby car, opened the driver's door, and took his seat.
"Let's go!" Samuel Kade said to Harley.
"Oh, okay..."
Harley nodded and hurriedly got into the passenger seat. The car started, and they headed towards Samuel Kade's neighborhood.
As they passed a diner, Samuel Kade stopped the car and went in with Harley to grab a bite to eat. Before leaving, he also ordered some takeout.
An hour later, they finally arrived at the entrance of a place called 'Angel's Psychological Counseling Clinic.' No doubt, this was Samuel Kade's mental health clinic.
Originally, Samuel Kade planned to name his clinic 'Demon's Psychological Counseling Clinic.' However, considering that doing so would too easily expose his identity and go against his low-key principle, he decided to change 'demon' to 'angel.'
As soon as the two got out of the car, a tall and slender girl walked out of the clinic with an unhappy expression on her face.
"You two forgot there's still someone here, didn't you? I haven't even had lunch yet!" she complained.
The girl's name was Selina Kyle, a world-class thief who targeted precious art, jewelry, and artifacts.
Of course, she had another name: Catwoman!
Unlike Harley, Catwoman met Samuel Kade while fleeing from a deadly chase by her enemies. Samuel Kade's timely intervention saved her life.
As a result, she stayed by Samuel Kade's side and became the receptionist at Angel's Counseling Clinic. Of course, when she felt bored at night, Selina would occasionally steal something...
"Hmm, Selina, here's some food for you, including your favorite dessert!" Harley said with a smile, handing over the takeout she was carrying.
"Hmph! At least you guys have a conscience!" Selina took the food and turned to go back inside the clinic with a huff.
Samuel Kade rubbed his chin, feeling as if he might have been too good to these two girls, leading to their audacity.
Back at the clinic, Samuel Kade went straight to his office, leaving Selina and Harley in charge of the front. Harley treated the patients who came to the clinic since she was a psychologist herself.
As for Selina, it would be more appropriate to call her an enforcer rather than a receptionist...
Survival in a place like Gotham was no easy feat. Even a clinic like theirs would occasionally attract trouble from small-time thugs.
So, whenever that happened, receptionist Selina would transform into an enforcer, teaching a lesson to those troublemaking thugs.
This arrangement saved Samuel Kade a lot of trouble. Before meeting Selina, Samuel Kade would have dealt with such situations by swiftly eliminating the threats.
What? You say killing people causes guilt?
Please!
He's not a human!
