Minato: I Fixed The Decaying Konoha Village

After dying from heart failure in his sleep the night he read the Minato One-Shot, he was reincarnated the day after the Kyuubi attack as Minato in a world where Hiruzen decide to leave the village to the future generations replacing Minato to complete the reaper death seal. With being a single parent and being Hokage how will he balance the two to create a better life for his village and son? Of course, he will use his Knowledge from his past life.

Minato will rule Konoha, within reason. He will not follow the Daimyo if he feels it will hurt the village. He will not accept peoples bs. He will be nice but strict when needed.
