บท 10: Chapter 8: Girl's Fight (2)
Sophie was trying hard to get even with Yhen, but how can she do it, when in the first place, she can't see where the enemy is.
"Yhen! Please, let me go!" Sophie screamed out of pain, her face was full of the scratch marks. Yhen has long and sharp nails that can slice Sophie's face. "I'm not yet done with you, blind!" Yhen clenched her teeth and emphasizes all words.
She walked to the right, facing the pity and ruined face of Sophie. Yhen slapped her face to the core, she was too cruel and have no mercy.
Sophie can't think for a better plan to get off from this trouble. Her face flushed scarlet due to Yhen's hand.
"Fight with me, Sophie! Fight with me, bitch!" Yhen, for the nth time, earns a forceful and strong courage to slap Sophie. It was a breathtaking and blow minded hit.
Unfortunately, Sophie slid into the dusty floor. She cried, enduring the pain in her back. If she only knew that Yhen will avenge, it would be better if she goes along with Xian, again.
"Crash her ugly and awful face, Yhen!" The Chinita girl, Zuzi shouted and cheered Yhen to do more things that are abusive and nasty.
"Nooooo! Get off from me!" Sophie kicks her feet, trying to stand up. It wasn't easy, because Yhen is on the top of her, punching and slapping her face relentlessly.
Sophie has been endured and surpass all hardships and challenges that life is given to her. She pulls Yhen's hair, Sophie set aside the being kind and generous to the people around her.
This time, she needs to fight back to save from bullies, like Yhen. "Ouch! Get off your dirty and callous hands on me!" Yhen screamed on the top of her lungs as Sophie, pulled her hair with no mercy.
Some kind people in this world are usually the main target of the bullies. They attack those shy and aloof ones to be on the top of all. But, if you keenly look at it, a bully will never be a good example in any society.
"I've been hiding and controlling my anger towards you Yhen! You are too much! You've been hurting me, when in fact, I did nothing to you!" Sophie slap her, she can't see. Yes! But she can feel everything around her, including the beast-like presence of Yhen.
"Oh my! Let's help, Yhen!" Chengli, Yhen's second friend covered her mouth in shock.
For sure, they never expect that Sophie will fight, and or can fight against their leader, Yhen.
"Don't you dare to help your weak and devil, Queen if you don't want to be hurt!" Sophie exclaimed!
Her voice became deep and authoritative, she has never been like this before. Sophie has a low and cute tone, but at this moment, Yhen triggered her to change.
While they are busy fighting, slapping, and pulling each other hair, Kate went back to their room to check what Sophie's doing. Kate was singing a song when she saw Yhen and Sophie, lying on the floor, fighting.
"Sophie!" Kate uttered.
"Do you think you're the winner now? Well, in your dreams! Look, Sophie, where is your so-called-best-friend Kate? She's nowhere to be found! She's not here to save you! She doesn't care about you, Sophie! Kate is a two-faced girl, and how naive and weak you are to fall into her lies, too easily."
Sophie stopped upon hearing it, it feels like her heart was being stabbed by a knife. If it's real, then she wants to hear all of it from Kate.
"Awww! Poor Sophie! Zuzi, take a video on this. Sophie! Sophie! Sophie! You are too easy to be deceived by someone to trust. First, Kate and the next is... Xian. If you wish to live normally and peacefully, I'll offer you two conditions." Yhen told her, walking around and making things worst.
Sophie can't think properly, she can't believe that all alone, Kate never consider her as her best friend. It was undeniably painful and unbearable.
"Yes or no, Sophie?" Yhen whispered it into her ears.
On the other side, Kate heard all of the conversation between Yhen and Sophie. She wanted to clear her name, she wanted to clear things out but Kate has no right to do it.
She can't ask for help for the second time around, not this time anymore. "I'm sorry Sophie, but I'm doing this for you. I hope one day, you will forgive my decisions." Tears flow down to her cheeks, it's such a painful scene, watching and letting someone hurt your best friend.
"I want to live my life to the fullest, and normally. Like no one will hurt ad degrade me. In the name of life, I'll agree. But it doesn't mean that you already win against me, Yhen. Now, tell me about the conditions." Sophie said, determined, and confident.
If this is the only way for Yhen to leave her alone, Sophie can sacrifice everything she has. Even, Late and Xian.
Yhen clap her hands and gave her an abrupt laugh, "Good to hear that, Sophie. You're making me really proud of you."
"Anyway, the two conditions are; first, stay away from Xian! And the second condition is, don't attend during the contest. Deal?" Yhen smiled whimsically and devilishly.
Sophie stumbled in shock. Of all conditions, not attending the contest is the most absurd thing for her. It can't be, the singing contest is the only chance to be known and to reach her longest dream.
"Pardon?" Sophie asked, naive, and shocked. She was staring at Yhen, to withdraw the second condition.
Yhen laugh bitterly and said in a sarcastic way, "Stay away from Xian and do not compete during the contest. Stay at your dusty and hideous house for good. Understood?"
Sophie can't explain what she's feeling at the moment. Her soul was not in reality, it's roaming and wandering around the place she's not familiar with. It took for a while to respond, Sophie sighed deeply, and tears spring in into her blind eyes.
Sophie closed her eyes and began to open her mouth. Her lips were shaking and her all body was trembling.
"I ag..." Sophie paused.
"Say it now!" Yhen narrowed her eyes and stamp her feet with her fists closed.
"I ag–"
"Sophie!"
Xian steps into the scene unexpectedly. He was breathing deeply like he was running for too long.
"Xian!" Sophie mumbled.
"Sophie!" With no hesitation, Xian hugs Sophie so rigidly.
Deep inside, Sophie was thankful. For the second time, Xian saves her from Yhen.
