the main question i have is the nekomanata will he rescue any save or is it to late? also this is very well done im looking forward to this and have high hopes for this. also what about issei? will he recruit ignore or kill? also will he have a harem? or only one female or stay single?

You should have at least linked Karma Houdini's work. Even if you say that its 'inspired', everything written here is identical to his work. So imo that's pretty much plagiarism.
