You know, I thought about it. I don't think that the things that happened in the navy dampened his spirit. He also tells Smoker: "I'm still me, only now I can do things I couldn't do in the navy." Also in the flashback chapter where he trains with Garp you notice how the latter talks about freedom ("Don't deprive me of my freedom!"). I really think Kizaru just wants to be free to be able to do his own justice, and joining Blackbeard might make that possible. As for the conqueror's haki, I really don't think he possesses it, precisely because he is not a conqueror. I have interpreted this type of haki in this way. Kizaru doesn't have the soul of someone who wants to be the best of everyone or dominate others.
Suddenly, black lightning flashed between the three of them. Even Aokiji had the Conqueror's Haki. His Conqueror Haki was nothing to scoff at. But, at the same, it wasn't stronger than invidious Luffy or Liam's conqueror Haki.

Apparently there has been some confusion with the last chapters. Aokiji does not have the conqueror. Quite simply, Oda never wanted to differentiate the clashes with the different types of haki. I think by now, whoever uses the conqueror's haki while someone is fighting, the fists don't touch (remember the clash between Kaido and Luffy or between Roger and Whitebeard? Just that.) with the sky splitting in two.

Remember that Garp carries the weight of his years xD
"This is actually Luffy's grandfather's attack called 'Galaxy Impact'. It is a super strong attack capable of destroying an entire island. It's just that I thought using armament alone would be enough but I was clearly wrong."

Garp didn't destroy an entire island. He only destroyed a "small" area of the city. I just wanted to clarify it

what I have been wondering for a while is... how does Mc know Ryokugyu? Having arrived here before these revelations, he shouldn't be aware of him, let alone his devil fruit. How much knowledge does Mc have of the world of One Piece?
As author, I rate this story 5 stars even though it barely deserves 2.5. I mean, if I don't support myself in the first place, who has to? That said, I hope you will waste your valuable time reading this story, which literally does nothing to deserve it. :D Bye!
