All life on Earth had been consumed by Blacklight. With no Biomass to feed on, Blacklight had to evolve, adapt, and grow. Now a collective Council of Aliens discovers the existence of such a life form. How do the aliens see a form of life that is viral, how they deal with it, what are the consequences to the galaxy of such a race existing at all.
Disclaimer: I own neither Prototype nor Mass Effect. If I did Mercer would not have been stereotypically evil in Prototype 2, and the Mass Effect 3 ending would have gone very differently.

i personally really like this FF as it's really original and interesting it gives me the feeling of wanting to know bit more

Awesome story. A mix whit mass effect an prototype. Two of my favorite videos game. I just hope the awesome author dont drop, this master class deserve a ending.
Haven’t read it yet but just for combining two of my all time favorite games ever you get 5 stars.
The crossover between those universes, how humanity... is now, their contact with other species, are incredible realistic, also, the scientific background of Blacklight after so many years are incredible accurate, also, there are many theories included on this fanfiction about the response and adaptability of Blacklight. I LOVE THIS FF
why are the reapers weak in this novel and blacklight op? They are million years old machine gods and they lose to children...how can humans' minds be better than machines' minds
