"Go To Hell…"
Shika didn't hold back, it's not always that you get a chance to curse Danzo right in front of his face, he even felt that it was worth cursing him right in his face even though afterwards he was struck by that bastard root member.
"Such disrespect, never I would have thought that I would see this in a Member of a Nara Clan…" Danzo said, though he really didn't mean anything he just planned to talk a little bit more to Shika.
The idea was again to make Shika assassinate Tsunade. Convincing him was the real problem. Though Danzo had Shisui's eye he didn't want to use it if possible.
He rather use ordinary means first.
"Do you know, what you did wrong?" Danzo asked with a sneer on his face.
"Not losing my virginity before dying…"
*Smack…
Another punch landed right at his jaw almost making him lose consciousness.
But he regains his composure and stares back at Danzo, glaring at him, like asking him to do his worst.
Danzo well recognized that look of Shika, nothing that he hadn't seen. Crushing that will is how he trains his shinobi here at the root anyway.
If not for the time restrained then he long would have put the seal on him and started his brainwashing.
However, right now he can't do that, he doesn't have that much time. He instead stayed calm and saw how the root member was about to hit the boy again, he raised his hand, stopping the root member.
The root shinobi only bow at Danzo and step back. No longer gonna interfere with his lords, and business but he stayed there for anything.
"The village suspects that you are a spy…" Danzo said, and upon not getting any particular response he kept on talking.
"There is enough evidence, do you know what this means boy? Not only you but your entire family and even people related to you will be treated as spies…" Danzo said, definitely trying to scare him, Shika had to fight the urge to roll his eyes. Danzo can't be more obvious here.
Not only do they deny showing any proof about him being a spy when asked but now they even claim that they are gonna go after his family and friends.
That's really irritating.
Shika was about to retort when suddenly Danzo who saw no visible change in Shika's face, put his hands on in his pocket and took out something.
It was a dimly lit room so without using eye power, seeing what he was holding was hard.
But when that bastard opened his hands and showed what he had in his hands in front of Shika, he finally saw the reaction he was looking for.
The indifferent face of Shika changed, furrowing her brows he glared at Danzo with a real serious look on his face.
"What you did to Karin," Shika asked. His voice came out as threatening to him while he himself was still glaring at Danzo. He only barely holds himself back from activating his eyes.
Becuase what Danzo took out was very familiar to him. They were hairs. Long Red Hairs which obviously could be of from the only one red-haired girl from the village.
"She too will be punished for being a spy…" Danzo said, finally he got the reaction he was looking for. He pushed further after knowing that finally there was one the boy was reacting to.
"But… killing her would be a waste, knowing that she is of Uzumaki nature, it will be far more beneficial for the village to use her to nurture a line of Uzumaki for the village."
Shika was not an idiot, he understood exactly what Danzo meant, he intended to use Karin as a cattle to raise more Uzumaki Jinchuriki vessels.
Shika just kept on looking at Danzo with clear murderous intent on his face. Right now the only thing he wanted to do was get out of these shackles and seals and snap Danzo's neck with his bare hands.
To take her hair, what he must have done it, definitely not just took a pair of scissors and cut them just to bring them here.
'How the hell did he even get to Karin shouldn't he be right now protected by Guy right?' Shika pursed his lips, both anger and irritation were boiling inside him. But more than anything right now he was worried about Karin.
Her being Uzumaki, there was indeed a use for her in the village, so most likely she won't be seriously harmed but…
Shika felt like that if he was right now were in One Piece world then this surely would have been the time when his Conqueror's Haki broke out.
Alas, he calms himself, anger won't help him, only power and ruthless calculation of his Nara clan will.
"However, there is a way to stop this… do something for me and there is a possibility that you can save them all…" Danzo after a little while said, seeing that the boy was calming down.
" What you want…?" Shika narrowed his eyes, making sure that he wasn't giving up.
"Assassination…" Danzo said, making Shika scoff internally. But he, of course, didn't show it.
Then Danzo went on explaining who he wanted Shika to kill to which Shika's only answer was…

Danzo's patience was wearing thin. He had hoped that Shika would be persuaded to work against Tsunade through reason or subtle pressure and threats but the boy was stubborn as hell and it was like he didn't care about anyone, not his family, friends or the people he knew. Or maybe he just didn't believe him that he was capable of harming him. Whatever it was, he was running out of patience.
"It seems conventional methods are ineffective on you," Danzo muttered, his voice cold and emotionless. He raised his bandaged eye, revealing the Sharingan hidden beneath. This wasn't just any Sharingan—it was Shisui Uchiha's. He didn't want to use this power, it could be useful later on but he clearly had no other option. Sooner or later Shika's disappearance and will be known and then others will be suspicious of him. If nothing then Tsunade will definitely see how she was protecting this kid. Then it will be almost impossible for Shika to Assassinate her.
Shika's eyes widened slightly as he realized what was happening, but the restraints held him tight, and he could only watch helplessly. Danzo's gaze sharpened, and he activated the eye, its crimson glow casting a sinister light across the room.
"This will make you see reason," Danzo said, stepping closer. The powerful genjutsu began to work, weaving itself into Shika's mind, attempting to plant the unwavering command: to eliminate Tsunade.
Just in a few seconds, Shika seemed to lose all of his resistance and his eyes which once held defiance were now dull and glazed.
Danzo's smirk deepened as he watched Shika's eyes start to glaze over. The power of Shisui's eye was absolute; resistance was futile, or so he believed. "You will serve me," Danzo whispered. This time Shika didn't deny it. He just stays there without doing anything. Danzo, never seen how this Genjutsu works wasn't until Shika agreed on him to, making I'm smile up.
Though it cost him but if Shika really do take out Tsunade, then the only real competition he had for the Hokage position will be gone.
"Quick, bring the sealing scroll. And details of the plan here. " Danzo shouted, not wanting to wait anymore. He wanted Shika to move out as soon as possible.
