"Hum… I don't think anything has changed."
Those were the words that came out of Adall's mouth after the system's recital had ended, and he noticed with astonishment that his power hadn't increased at all.
He wondered if the system was just a massive hoax served to him. But before he could delve deeper into his thoughts on the matter, he felt something forming within a space connected to him.
Upon checking, it wasn't in the storage ring left by his ancestor.
So, where was it?
He had a few seconds of reflection before he finally recalled one of the system's announcements.
"[You can now use the system's magical storage space.]"
This announcement told him that he could now use a storage space integrated with the system. So, obviously, this unusual sensation could only come from there.
But how to access it?
One day, I discovered that what I truly loved doing in life was reading novels, discovering new works, imagining new concepts to make a character I loved stronger, and, why not, creating my own character in a work and evolving them in my imagination. I would sometimes spend hours doing this without realizing it, with a smile on my face.
Unfortunately, as time passes, we grow older, and with that comes responsibilities. Especially being African, where society always frowns upon someone who, at a certain age, still maintains a passion they developed since adolescence. I can still hear them saying to me: "It's time for you to grow up, Alban."
So, I recently found myself having to choose between my passion for reading and my ever-burgeoning imagination, and my need to create a monthly income, even if it meant having to abandon my passion.
I ultimately decided to combine the two by creating my own original work: "The War of the Primals". It's still in its early stages, and I promise to do my best not to disappoint you.
So, even if it's a bit selfish of me, I would really appreciate it if you could help me get it known. A comment to let me know if you enjoy it would help me a lot, you have no idea.
As improving is also at the heart of my goals, I would also be delighted to read your constructive criticism.
Thank you very much, dear reader.
