บท 141: Mission successful?

Jia returned home more tired and exhausted than she had expected. If she excluded Mingshen then spending time at the Yang family was genuinely fun. Yet there lay a hint of something that seemed to sap her energy away.

She tossed her body left and right on the couch but none position gave her relief. She sighed and simply laid back straight.

She then unlocked her phone and with Weiyun and Limei's faces appearing as the wallpaper, her eyes lit up.

Jia hit Lihua's number which was picked on the second ring. "Sisss!!!"

"Was your phone stuck to your hand or something?" She chuckled.

"I was scrolling on it anyway~ I am so happy that you called me! I miss you."

"Silly, we live in the same city."

She harrumphed. "I still miss you. We don't get to spend as much time these days."

Jia smiled. "It's natural, silly. You are married and a mother now. You have so many commitments."
