Note: This is one of my first fanfictions. English is my second language and I'm still learning it, so don't expect the most impeccable writing from me. I had this idea for a while and I wanted to bring it to life, so I started writing. I appreciate any helpful feedback. Also, again I don't own anything except my own MC and I don't want to offend any party. This is just for entertainment. enjoy~

(POV: Ethan and Author's POV)
When he woke up, his body was sore all over, so he used his ability to heal himself. It was a close call. He almost died. He transformed into a Super Saiyan God and increased his ki to the maximum, trying to distance himself as much as possible to escape the explosion. (Author's note: Frieza traps Goku in a ki ball and then explodes it, but Goku manages to escape the explosion. There's another case where Super Buu is about to explode, and Gohan grabs everyone and flies away to escape the explosion. So yes, he flew to get away from the explosion. However, everyone knows the power of an explosion from the androids stored in their warehouse. I believe the explosion would be on the level of Vegeta vs. Majin Buu.)
He truly thought he would have died, leaping with all his speed to survive the explosion that tore through the mountains and flung him away. The chances of being killed were high, and if it weren't for the shield he created, he would have been vaporized. His body was supposed to be wiped out completely.
Cough*
Cough*
He stood up and realized that he had broken his arm. Fortunately, it could be easily set back in place. His ki was extremely low, almost depleted. He was an idiot for throwing himself into a place he didn't know, just because he had seen it in the show. And he almost got himself killed.
Next time, he should have approached things more calmly. If he had planned things better, perhaps with Bulma's help, this wouldn't have happened. After all, Bulma built the robot so that they could see what the secret bases were like.
If he had checked before rushing out, maybe he could have gathered some information. But the problem is, why the hell did he blow up his lab?
Only if that bastard has another lab! If that's the case, screw it, we're screwed anyway. Either way, he needs to leave now. His girls must be worried by now, especially if they felt his ki almost disappear. If that's the case, he needs to leave soon.
**
After 30 minutes, Ethan has recovered but still without ki, exhausted. He decided to go hunting and spend the night before returning.
**
At Capsule Corporation,
It was chaos because it had been two days since Ethan disappeared. His ki vanished and hasn't returned yet. All the girls were gathered at the corporation, simply unable to believe that this was possible. After all, their strongest member was supposedly dead.
Bulma was desperately searching with her bots and finishing her Dragon Radar.
Panchy was still trying to keep herself busy cleaning and organizing.
Tights was attempting to make notes about the steps Ethan might have taken.
Chi-Chi had completely lost the desire to study or do anything.
Fasha was trying to talk to everyone to bring some cheer, but failing miserably.
Gina was staring blankly, seemingly not wanting to see anything anymore.
And then a click. This ki appeared. When they felt his ki, it was immediate.
Gina, Fasha, Chi-Chi, Tights, Panchy, Bulma. They immediately turned their heads when they finally sensed his ki.
They quickly started moving to leave and flew at a crazy speed.

In a clearing in the mountainous region.
The sun was blazing high, and there he was, lying and resting on an improvised bed high up in a tree, Ethan. Sleeping, unaware that two days had already passed and that there were people searching for him.
In the sky above, there were 5 ki flying towards him, quickly. They didn't seem like they were going to stop, and at the forefront was Gina. Gina threw herself onto a body lying in the treetop, sleeping carelessly.
In a mixture of pain, happiness, and anger, the shock of their contact took the breath away from the once-sleeping Ethan, who was now wide awake.

With punches to his chest, which may have seemed like punches of love before, but for the superpowered warrior, it was anything but that.
BANG BANG BANG BANG BANG BANG BANG!*
"Why didn't you come back home? You said you would!" Gina said desperately, thinking that Ethan had died.
The other girls, with a soft exchange of glances, went to her and embraced her collectively.
"Now," Bulma frowned slightly, "why didn't you contact us? And where is your phone? And first of all." Bulma, while saying this, glanced at her sisters. "I think there's something we have to tell you." Bulma said, a little downcast as well.
"We're so sorry!" the sisters said, and the most reluctant one to speak was Fasha, who turned as red as a tomato. Chi-Chi looked down and blushed from time to time.
Ethan, who was still a bit disoriented from taking a headbutt to the stomach and receiving numerous punches to his chest, simply took the blows like a champion.
"It's alright," Ethan said, "it wasn't your fault. After all, it wasn't you who blew me up. Nonetheless, Dr. Gero must still have another lab somewhere. He blew up the place." Ethan continued.
"After all, he blew it up. So, he probably has another lab. In other words, Dr. Gero will continue his plans to fight against us." The Z Warrior concluded.
**
