The reason why he knew it was their official guild base, it was because of the flag they put down, it held their emblem and they have a better advantage in fighting in their own base but Ho-Seok was strong enough to deal with them.
So Ho-Seok decided that he would kill all of them silently, so he doesn't get noticed first and he was able to kill quite a few people by strangling them quietly with his chains but of course he was still not use to killing people.
He didn't like the feeling of killing them and because of this he was a bit careless and someone noticed that there was an unknown person, he noticed this and stopped thinking about his guild and tried to continue hiding.
But he was already found out, one of the henchmen shouted, "Who is over there!", when Ho-Seok heard this he immediately went to kill the guy but they still heard him so he couldn't just now kill them quietly.
Multiple people were now shouting to call their boss but Ho-Seok couldn't stop them since there were multiple people stopping him from reaching the other people, he kept trying to stop them but it was already to late.
Then the person who looked like the boss came out and Ho-Seok knew who he was, he was named the "Hook Reaper" because his weapon was a giant hook attached to his left arm and he slash his victims with an instant death.
After this their boss shouted at Ho-Seok, "Why have you come to our base?", Ho-Seok told him that he just wanted to get rid of them, then he asked Ho-Seok again "Is it power? Glory? Fame? Whatever you want I'll give it to you.".
This angered Ho-Seok because he wasn't a person that can be bribed and he charged in furiously to attack their boss but then suddenly he was blocked by his hook, it made a big loud clang when Ho-Seok hit his hook.
Thier boss laughed at Ho-Seok and said to him, "Hahaha, you think that puny chain can break my reinforced steal hook?", when he said this Ho-Seok just smiled and started using metallic control.
Ho-Seok made the hook attached on his hand stop moving using metallic control to hold it in place and made his chain touch their boss's chain, this angered thier boss because he wasn't able to move at all.
He shouted at Ho-Seok cursing at him and he said, "Release me this instant, what are you fools waiting for? Attack Him!", Ho-Seok created frozen bullets and killed all of the henchmen in an instant.
When their boss saw this he started apologizing and said, "I will give you whatever you want! No, wait, I'll give you everything! Just let me go!", after he said that Ho-Seok stopped holding him in place.
He chuckled and went to slash Ho-Seok but the chain was still connected onto his hook and Ho-Seok actived the thunder and lightning authority onto the chain and he was immediately electrocuted before he could even hit Ho-Seok.
After all of that, Ho-Seok fell to the ground since he killed multiple people, he really wasn't use to killing people before, he never understood why they liked killing other people since he felt terrible after killing them.
But even after all of that Ho-Seok checked around to see what he could get and he realized he could take the hook and he attached it to the chain to see if it would work and it did and it was upgraded with even better stats.
Ho-Seok continued searching and he was able to find a two rare skills books and one legendary skill book all of them were pretty useful, they were called "Legends' Archery", "Bubble Shield" and "Speed Regeneration".
He decided to learn all of the skills and the bubble shield was pretty strong but because of his special ability it's defense for this life was cut in half and the speed regeneration's effects were cut in half as well.
The legend's archer skill was actually a knowledge skill that gave Ho-Seok the knowledge of some of the best archers like Howard Hill, Nasu no Yoichi, Arash and other legendary figures.
So Ho-Seok decided that he would hunt some monsters and go into another dungeon since he wanted to improve his proficiency in his new skills, gain some experience points and also to get his mind off killing people.
Then he went to another dungeon, it was a dungeon full of goblins so there was a lot of loot to sell from them and so when Ho-Seok went inside the dungeon he told Calin to become a good bow artifact.
After transforming into a bow artifact, Ho-Seok started shooting at them and had his undesd just roam around the dungeon killing and collecting loot, he also decided that he wouldn't have any of the undead to protect him.
Since he wanted to improve the proficiency in his new shield skill and after a while of doing this he decided to rest first so he made his skeletons defened him while he was selling the loot they collected.
Ho-Seok also decided that he should get a skill for better necromancy so he bought to two skills using most of the money he earned in the dungeon the skills were called "Full Revival" and "Corpse Walker".
The full revival skill needs at least 50% of the body intact to work and it used 5x more than what it should normally take but it will fully revive the dead monster or person and it will keep all of it's strength and abilities when it was alive and it will listen to you command.
Then the Corpse Walker skill raises zombies so Ho-Seok could summon a zombie and a skeleton with just one body and he decided to try it out on the dead bodies of the goblins and it looked pretty much like a zombie.
He also tried using the full revival skill and it looked like it was a real goblin and it could think for itself if it was told to unlike normal undead and it could even act like a normal goblin if told to as well which the undead aren't able to do.
