I waited a long time, gathering the energy of the Draconic dragon, while controlling my clone in my universe, which has started a proyect to fuse the magical world and the normal one because in 500 or so years there will be a sudden increase of wizards that won't stop till there's no more muggles, and it will be a shame if muggles started killing wizards and witches
Issei didn't change much, to be honest with all that Draconic energy the only reason he probably didn't rap* anyone is fate… he is literally should be in constant lust, his body couldn't use the energy for refinement or increase the power of scales so he had to discharge it by lust and by the time he met Rias his personality as a pervert was already permanent
Good for him that he has me so even though he didn't change a lot in personality now his body is becoming perfect to steal because i saved what little talent he has in anything that isn't Draconic energy
Im slowly spreading my whole body trapping Issei's soul and it's looks like it's finally the time
(Outside Issei's body)
There was a girl and a boy walking in the park and suddenly the girl asked
"Could you die for me?"
"Sorry?" said the boy
And then something extraordinary happened the girl suddenly transformed into something, but whatever she was it was no human because she had giant wings in her back and shot lightning? out of her hand and sadly for the boy the lightning went through it chest and started bleeding, the girl flied away been done with her mission
The boy knowing it was about to die he said "If im going to die i would rather die hugging a beatiful pair of OPPAI" as he was slowly losing consciousness he saw a beautiful red hair
The newcomer said "so i was summoned for this, well this is interesting"
she knelt down and started putting chess pieces inside the boy chest one by one till finally reaching 8 pawns when suddenly something unexpected happened…

Finally the time has come
I felt the evil piece trying to enter Issei's soul but i stopped it, and it was absorbed by mine
then the next and the next till finally the eight one i felt it, a connection, so this is how it works huh… the this connection will give me the remaining power of Rias that she can't use, she has too much, so is slowly "changing my race but technically it a quimera that won't be completely a full devil till it reaches high ranking levels of power and forms it's own devil core, because of it the stray devils are basically those that stayed away from their "masters" for a very long time and without them the devil magic wasn't calmed in their body because it isn't theirs, it needs to stay close to the owner of it to stay calm
So the reason only high ranked demons can have evil pieces is because weaker than that and they would die because they lack the power to system a peerage.
Anyway i got tired of waiting as a parasite so i do what i want now first i eat Issei's soul, but i don't destroy it for nourishment (like dementor usually do) i first steal the boob that fate give him and the boosted gear

[Boosted gear analyzed, copied next abilities
Boost -allow you to use your energy to boos all capabilities to the doble till you reach the limit of your body you can boost every 10 seconds
Transfer -you can transfer that boosted power to someone else
Penetrate - will bypass all defenses and attack the target directly
Scale mail armor - creates an armor using Draconic power that will boos all capabilities by 10]
Then finally eat the sacred gear, released Ddraig and now have him in a room thats full of books so he can read whatever he wants but i will not set him free yet because i want to analyze his structure as a heavenly dragon and that will take some time inside my soul
Now i analyze it and gain every memory of him, things he even forgot then i let him go, to whatever after life its here. I don't need it anymore, he lost his plot armor… better luck next time
And then i broke the seal and all that Draconic energy that was gathered for 16 years has been let free to nourish and refine the body while it sleeps my soul is helping so it doesn't destroy the body with so much energy, but it is slowly changing, becoming more and more handsome, more muscles till he reaches the peak human (like captain America) then it keeps getting better and better till the energy is done the body has already reached mid rank demon in pure physical power…
The next morning it sounds
"Wake up! If you don't wake up I'm gonna kiss you"
Really Issei a fuckin anime alarm clock i didn't remember how pathetic he was at the beginning
"Issei wake up" yelled my new mom i guess
"I'm up" i yelled back i stand up and fuck the clothes are to small… well i transfigurate them to be a little bigger
I went down to breakfast and…
"Who are you? What are you doing in my house!?" My dad yells and my mom looks scared
"Dad calm down its me, Issei" i hit them both with a confundus
"Issei? How did you change so fast?" He says looking kinda lost thanks to the spell
"Puberty?" I bullshit
"Ah ok, well have breakfast and go to school and i don't want to hear about you sneaking into the woman's bathroom again"
So that what i did, the truth is that I'm shit at acting so not only my appearance, but my personality and mannerisms changed I'm not Issei the pervert high school boy, im acting like a noble a king and it kinda hard to not notice
When i got to the high school entrance i meet Sona and Tsubaki and they asked me what i was doing here (probably as in school and as in their territory) i responded "what do you mean i study here… it's me, Issei?"
All the other students that were peeping on our conversation suddenly yelled "What!"
Then i go to the classroom and suddenly see that Issei old friends are cursing at me "Ikemen die"
When Issei didn't show up they looked for him but i was already seated in another place
Then the teacher came in looked at me and asked "Did we have a new student that i didn't know?"
"Teacher it's me, Issei…"
And the class bursted in yells… i think i saw Motohama go through the five stages of grief in like 50 seconds
oh this universe is fun and i haven't even met my "master"
