Chatryn: Beyond the Door is a subversive novel that takes you on a trip. From the wings to the intriguing emerging sphere; there are points that give off a truly atmospheric setting. The descriptions among all the settings are clearly identifiable, each having its own unique features, life, and more. You could vividly picture most of these settings, comparable to a dream. But with it, also comes a nightmare that you must read for yourself. Vocabulary is by far immersive and has a variety in every chapter. The first-person. It is suggested that you read this story at a fast speed, or else you might start to drift off and lose your place. The characters have a vast background and seemingly wonderful designs. If the author could manage to let the reader form images in their minds, you know that a book like THAT is amazing. The Visions are by far the best part of the novel. When you start reading this novel, you must pay attention, or else you might end up scattered. To make this review even more impactful, this novel can make me predict and imagine what will happen next. I recommend that you read the first ten chapters. Ignore the mistakes, and try to continue reading. The time will pay off, and you will be rewarded with an entertaining narrative. Overall, these are some of the stories that make me hooked, from the vast library on this site. Amazing work! Don't stop, and try to take care of your mind too. I believe that this novel may have potential.

The writing style of the author is just beautiful and the detailed description clearly show how strong a command the author has over the language. This piece 'shows' you the story rather than 'tell'. The plot is really intriguing and the touch of mystery only makes it better. Just loved it.

Extremely vivid description and story, this is a book you should read in a quiet place without distraction to immerse yourself fully into the story building aspect. While paragraphs could be a little bit cloying, it doesn't matter as it is more relaxing and addicting especially the way the author conveys information. Great work!

Calling this a great book would be an understatement. I'm 22 chapters in and boy, is the word play heavenly. The plot slowly builds up, engulfing the reader's mind chapter by chapter as we approach the high point. In short it's a well crafted peice with intense story and excellent word play. I absolutely love it!.

This a review for the first 14 chapters. Overall, the story is very good and set ups for a very good and very detailed atmosphere, often stopping to smell the roses with a calming smell. Though, I am not a fan of animal-based storytelling. That took away some enjoyment for me personally but that's not a detriment to the story in anyway as it still manages to be very high quality. Serious props to the author!

This will be an honest review. Even though this novel is quite good, and I would recommend it to writers and readers alike, it fails, in my opinion, as a web novel. Some might ask: Why does it still get such a high review? Because when I look at the writing quality and the World Background alone, this book is unrivaled. The author uses a variety of vocabulary and describes scenes vividly. As many people already pointed out, this book is for people that want to read something of quality (and I wouldn't recommend it to my 12-year-old brother or anyone that wants to read a harem/cultivator/system novel reader. They would be overwhelmed). But there also lies the problem. A reader that wants to read something of quality normally doesn't read a webnovel… They'll grab one of Stephen king's books or read The Lord of the Rings. Web novels are known for the fact they're easy to read for anyone that knows English even if they aren't well versed. But this novel has a high entry point, to be honest. The use of a variety of vocabulary, and phrases that can be as long as an entire paragraph, makes it difficult for some readers who are not proficient in English to read the text. Combine the things I said earlier with the fact that some paragraphs are way too big, and one can easily get a headache from reading it. (This can be easily solved in spacing the sentences and shorting some of the paragraphs) As an author, this book is one of the few books I will be using as a guide to improve the quality of my chapters. XD Only time will tell if there is a niche for readers of such kinds of web novels, and I hope it will succeed.

The writing is very descriptive and paints a vivid scene of the background in the reader's head, while grammar is good, though, I'd heavily recommend trimming some paragraphs down, as walls of text are not pleasant to read on mobile, especially. The story has a hint of mystery and a good emotional impact in some of the chapters. I'd recommend this story to anyone looking for a work free of cliches and immature tropes. Good job.

it was descriptive and paired with the book cover i had a distinct image in mind as i read it. you might want to divide it into more paragraphs but im not sure how that will affect the flow, the last paragraph along with the rest of the novel was after all almost poetic. gotta say, a fantastic job!

-As it stands with volume 1 there are a lot of things that are up for speculation and theory-crafting. -It can be hard to follow at times due to the narrative itself not being presented in a straight manner and that's why I'm announcing recap chapters at the end of every volume to help some readers recap and overview the events up to that point. -The updates happen weekly and without delay. -And personally, I get enjoyment whilst working on the story itself and I would like more feedback.
