บท 540: Act like a Coward

Emperor Vanish was about to return to the royal palace when he noticed the men from Avalo stopped matching. They were not far away from the gates, but they were not close enough to roll the stones on them.

"Ring the Bell; the royal city has been attacked," Emperor Vanish ordered. He did not believe the men were going to stop and watch. The guard he spoke to was surprised, but he did not dare question the Emperor.

Their wall was so high how could they attack it by standing still. "Why are you still here?" Emperor Vanish was irritated seeing the man still standing. The guard immediately looked away and hurried to do what he was told.

"Your Grace, I think they are just trying to alert us, our walls are so high, and they can only stand outside for an opportunity to attack," a general could not help but remind the emperor.
