บท 122: The Second Mission

Two women sat at a table in an open cafe. The sun was hot over their heads once one stepped out under the sun, they would definitely feel the heat to the core.

As for Bianca, she was used to it. But the same couldn't be said for the girl sitting beside her scornfully. Even with the shade above their head, it wasn't enough to keep the warmth away.

Alice swayed the peacock fan in her hands gently trying to reduce the heat. Bianca sipped on the glass of cold wine in her hand. Her shades hid her eyes effectively from Alice's prying gaze.

It was quite early for someone to be consuming alcohol so early in the day. The girl didn't care for the opinion of others. She was on a mission.

If she was to remove the shade, the dark circles beneath her eyes would be visible for all to see. She had deliberately worn it to pique the woman's interest.
