บท 14: The answer from the others
After a bit Salem woke me up and we went on with our days , mine being dealing with kingdom stuff and hers being grinding. In the evening we had made an habit of sitting down and talking about our days while drinking some tea , and today as we were drinking our tea I spoke up "Salem yesterday I found out there are other kingdoms" to which she looked at me after drinking her tea and asked "Well that is to be expected after all , I mean there can't be that many settlements in the world and even if there were someone would definitely rise. But what I'm more interested in , is in what they did that caught your attention" and I heard her I drank some of my tea and said "They hurt one of our people , so I sended them a warning".
Salem after hearing me said "Are you sure that will work?" to which I said "I really hope it does as I want to avoid conflict with them" , Salem after hearing me laughed and said "Well that chances of that happening are pretty small since they will think you're bluffing and will keep testing your patience" and I sighned after hearing her and said "I really do hope they don't" and Salem looked at my eyes and just continued drinking her tea in silence. After that talk we went back to doing our own stuff and just like that another week went by , on the third day of the next week I received a message from one of my people that looked over the city in the shadows while we were doing the main job.
"My king the man that you spared that day as come back and he left a message with one of our people in the city" I wasn't very surprised with that since it was expected. What really surprised me was the dumbness of the guy since he just gave his message to a random person of my kingdom hoping it would reach me. I looked at the guard that was standing before me and said "What is the message he delivered?" , he said right after that "He said his king wishes to meet you my king , for a peaceful talk" and I smiled at this and said "Where exactly does he want us to meet?" and the guard said "I don't know my king but the guy that delivered the message is still outside".
After hearing that I asked the guard to bring the guy to me and after almost 10 minutes of waiting the guard came back with the guy and said "Here he is my king" , has the guy was looking at me with fearful eyes I smiled at him and asked "Hey there once again , I see you did what I 'kindly' asked of you. Where is this location your king wishes to meet with me?" and when I finished talking the guy looked at me with fearful eyes and said "I-if I tell y-you promise not to h-hurt me?" and after I heard him I looked at him for 30 seconds before I laughed and said to him "Not that I was going to do that in the first place , but okay I promise it" and after he heard me he released a sigh and visibly relaxed more and wiped his sweat that even I didn't notice.
After that he spoke once again "My king has invited you to his castle , which is located southwest from here" as he was speaking he took out a map that only showed from what I could remember from Remnant's map the continent the future kingdom of Vale and Vacuo was located. Out of curiosity I asked him "Where are we located right now?" to which he looked at me strangely but answered "We are in this region" he said while pointing at the location Vale would be surprising me , but I didn't let it show on my face and looked at him and said "Leave this map and we will arrive in your kingdom three days from now" to which he said while looking at me "Of course....what shall I call you oh Lord?" and I said after thinking for a bit "You may call me by my current title; The Infinite Man".
And the man nodded and said after a moment of silence "If I may ask...Why do they call you that oh Lord?" and I said while smiling and levitating from the ground "Because I am infinite" and has I was saying that I conjured rings of each element possible with my magic and made them rotate around myself , like Aang in av@tar mode , scaring the man with my powers I said "Leave and go back to your king and say I shall come" as I said that I used my air element and sended him flying to the city bellow my castle. After the talk with the guy I went to our room and waited for Salem while relaxing there and when the sun was starting to set and the moon to rise Salem finally came back with her clothes tattered.
When she saw me sitting in our room she kissed me and went to the bathroom to take a bath , I decided to join her as it would be relaxing. As we were in the hot spring I had made with the [Runes Master] skill Salem had her eyes closed and I said to her "The guy I spared came today with a message" , this gaining her attention has she opened her eyes and looked at me asking "So? What did he say?" to which I answered "Well he said he wanted to meet with us , well me but you're my wife so yeah". She smiled at that and said "It could be a trap you know" and I chuckled and said "Well I really doubt but it it ever to that its not like they can kill us".
She started laughing and after she finished she said "This can't be the only kingdom in this new world , what do you say we go on another journey to expand our power?" , after hearing her suggestion to conquer the other kingdoms I thought for a bit and said "Well that is a good idea but don't you think it would just be a waste of our time?" to which she said "Well by doing that we would be cutting any chances of them joining hands up and attacking us" , I thought for a bit about what she said and said "Yeah but we could just make an alliance with them , and don't forget about the relics. We still need them not just to summon the brothers but because of their powers" , Salem thought for a bit again and said "Okay we can try your way but if it doesn't work we try my way , okay?" as I heard her I smiled back and nodded and we got out of the bath directly to bed to have some fun and sleep.

LeylinTheFifth Welp here it goes fams , this chap was just talk so it was fairly easy...not that it has been anything other than talk. Welp this chap was wrote while I was listeing to Somnus Ultima and the Hellfire. You know what I'm talking about if you fought Ifrit and damn this song is fire , definitly recommend. Welp should I speed up the kingdom battle or take the story slow and develop more the kingdom?
