Expect a darker tone—there will be death, violence, and maybe a bit of gore. You’ve been warned. 4. The pacing starts slow, focusing on Maximus’s training, his past, and his life at the S.H.I.E.L.D. academy before diving into the action. 5. Maximus is no saint. He’s reckless, emotional, and a pain in the ass when it comes to his mother. Logical decisions? Who needs them when you’ve got blind determination, right? What to Expect: 1. A flawed but clever MC who grows through sheer grit and determination. 2. A lot of training, character development, and tough lessons. 3. Original arcs that dive deeper into Marvel’s universe, with plenty of twists. 4. Shades of gray—heroes aren’t always good, and villains aren’t always evil. 5. A gritty, no-holds-barred take on what it really means to survive in a world full of gods, monsters, and moral ambiguity. 6. Long chapters. Expect chapters to be around 2800 words long.
