His life changes drastically when he's thirteen and meets Aleksandr Tomáš Riddle, the new Defense Against the Dark Arts teacher, who takes an interest in him after catching him speaking in Parseltongue. Aleksandr, who is secretly Lord Voldemort, realizes that Hadrian is a Horcrux and starts to slowly indoctrinate the young Hadrian into his ways, brainwashing him and showing him that he's not useless or unwanted. Due to this, Hadrian begins to develop a crush on his professor, which only strengthens as they spend more time together. By the time Hadrian is sixteen, he has completely fallen under Voldemort's spell and is willing to do anything for his attention. -

The story's main premise, which is my perspective on what it would be like to be Mark's niece, is kind of implied by the title. Clearly, in actuality, Imprint is a lone kid so I just own Serena (the fundamental person), Anya (Serena's mum/Danneel's more seasoned sister), Nathaniel (Serena's father/Imprint's more youthful twin sibling), Serena's half-kin, her stepdad and her story line. Some people I know say that I just say references without meaning to. In any case, the main plot of this story begins in 2015, but there will occasionally be flashback chapters to earlier times in her life.
