there is no plural of spectrum a spectrum in it's self denotes a gradual change over multiple similar objects substances or other things in the first place tale light for example visible light is on a spectrum where the gradual change is simply the wavelength so it wouldn't be the visible light spectrums it's just the spectrum of visible light and otherwise
this life style is unhealthy for you and that thought process is not going to bring you any long term happiness yes it is good to be grateful for the things you have but to tell yourself that the things I'm your life that hurt you or make you unhappy don't matter because you are supposed to be grateful is like saying that you can't feel discontent. that is a human emotion, emotions should never be frowned upon I'm not saying that you should change the way you see your life but if all you ever do is strive to achieve the things even you don't believe you can and invalidate your own existence you will lead a life of extreme unhappiness and lose yourself I'm the bottomless well of despair once you realize that you can never get your lost time back try to find something in life you truly enjoy and relinquish the things in your life that do not serve your purpose as the amazing human you are meant to be everyone one has the potential to be great but this type of thinking is what limits us. that's justy advice take it as you will.
