The Taztarus Kingdom is the biggest and the most majestic place Zed has ever seen.
The city gate is so big and tall that it can fit twenty carriages at once, The wall is fifty meters tall and reinforced by Metal Frevor making the wall harder that even a Noble rank fighter cannot penetrate, and also light frevor that can be used to blind the enemy's army.
The kingdom is bustling with candidates coming in from different places by carriages with different flags on top of them, Almost all of them are in a bad shape with wounds all over their bodies and some of them even look pale.
With a glance, Zed can determine that at least four hundred candidates pass the first stage.
The guards that guard the city gate is at least Knight rank. One can see how powerful the kingdom is just by seeing their guards.
Entering the kingdom, the candidates will be given an identification badge shaped like a necklace and a guider to help them get to the Training Ground.
"Eplodon City candidates please follow me," said the guider.
Arriving at Lovlarix Training Ground, the candidates are amazed by the training Lovlarix.
Mages are given an orb for each basic element to comprehend, Warriors are given pills and training equipment for each attribute frevor, in short, this Training Ground is like a heaven for fighters.
After ten minutes of walking, Zed and his team arrived at an open field with a large square-shaped arena in the middle.
On the arena, the candidates can see a fierce-looking man with a sword scar on his face and a bunch of other people wearing a military uniform.
The candidates will be lined up according to their city's status.
Eplodon City is one of the small cities so Zed and his team placed on the farthest back, while the big five cities are placed near the arena, and also the big five cities are given a seat while Zed didn't.
"Welcome to The Lovlarix Recruitment for this year before we start, does anyone unsatisfied with the line-up?" said the fierce-looking man, He then continued "Know that this world is based on a hierarchy system, if you are unsatisfied then prove to us your worth".
Hearing this Zed smile, He raises his hand and asks, "How do we exchange places?".
"Simple you just need to beat the city's candidates, All of them" Replied the fierce-looking man and smiling at Zed.
Zed then walks forward and declare, "I challenge you" Zed points at the woman beside the fierce-looking man.
'Hissss...' The crowd is silent after hearing Zed's challenge, The fierce-looking man in stunned a little then he resumes, "No rules are allowing you to duel a full-fledge Lovlarix but let's see what you got kid".
Zed walks forward slowly with a shield on his left hand and dragging Raging Black on his right hand making him look calm and leisure.
The woman put a mocking look on her face as she waits for Zed to come to the Arena, She then prepares herself for a battle.
Fire Frevor gathers on the woman's right hand and solidifying into a long sword and Wind Frevor gathers on the woman's left hand turning into a windshield, This battle skill is identic to Lovlarix Army called, "Dual Wielding Battle Stance".
When one comprehends two elements they will step into Noble Mage rank but have lower comprehension on their second element, The damage brought by Noble Mage is devastating because they can combine the element.
Zed walks up to the arena with a confident look he says, "My name is Zed Lenvers, please enlight me"
"Donna Forbes, please" replied Donna with a slightly sarcastic tone.
Duncan Zabinski is on the crowd at the front where Calesar City candidates lined up, He was shocked seeing Zed on the arena challenging a Noble Mage rank fighter.
"Prepare yourself," said the woman to Zed
Zed then activates his Madman Rage and Activate his draugar bloodline making his eyes glow blue, every time he uses his draugar bloodline his perception will reach a new level.
Donna is on guard, her opponent's skill is bizarre so she decided not to underestimate it.
GONGG!!
Donna uses wind frevor on her feet to increase her speed and dash forward, She wants to try and test Zed's strength.
Zed accepts her challenge and smashes his shield towards Donna's windshield.
BOOM!!
An explosion produced by their collision, Donna is knocked back a little and her windshield dissipate. She immediately made a new one and keep her distance from Zed.
Donna maintains a four meters distance while throwing wind blade while occasionally slash with her fire sword.
Zed can only dodge and wait for an opportunity for a counter-attack. Zed dodge a consecutive wind blade, there's a split-second gap in creating more wind blade so Zed dashes forward with frightening speed.
He appears in front of Donna and thrust his spear forward using thunder frevor, A sound of thunder is produced. Donna is shocked 'How can warrior fighter use elemental frevor' she thought amid battle.
The thunder sound hurt her eardrum, She avoided Zed's attack by using wind frevor to push her sideways then she touches the spear to put wind and fire frevor to it.
The spear that invaded by fire and wind frevor burn Zed's hand, normally a fire frevor cannot leave a deep burn on Zed's body but with the additional wind frevor its damage is doubled.
Zed let go of his spear and jump backward. The spear is pinned in the middle of the arena.
His hand is hurt but he held on, Donna give Zed no time to rest, "Galefire Blaze!".
Blazing Fire shot out to Zed at an amazing speed as it gets closer wind frevor surrounding the area enhances the Blazing Fire and making it bigger and bigger.
Zed feels threatened by the blazing fire, He uses his Thermopylae Shield to protect himself from the incoming Blazing Fire.
Instantly a projection of three hundred spartan appears out of thin air, "HAAUU!!HAUU!!HAAUU!!"
BOOM!!
The Blazing Fire collided with Thermopylae Shield and make a big explosion.
The Fire scorches make a crack on the Thermopylae Shield. The Fire scorches Zed's body, Zed grit his teeth in pain. The gap of power between knight rank and noble rank is pretty huge.
Donna is shocked, a skill that can withstand a Noble Mage rank attack when the user is still in knight rank is godly.
Zed noticed that Donna is stunned, He gathers all his power into his fist and punches to the arena ground. The ground makes a weblike crack and it's spreading forward shaking the ground beneath Donna's feet.
Donna lost her balance, using this moment Zed dashes with all his might and punches Donna's gut. Donna uses her windshield to block Zed's attack but to her surprise, Zed's punch smashes through her windshield and punches her hand and broking her hand.
Donna is angry that she almost lost to a knight rank rookie, She musters all her remaining power to use her last skill, "Incantation of Dragons!!" after saying that a wave of flame rushes towards Zed enhanced with wind frevor.
Zed makes a gamble, his body is strong enough to resist flames so he decided to rush to the middle to take his spear while activating his Thermopylae Shield.
The flame burns Zed's body but he held on, Zed ready his stances amidst the flame and throw his spear using his 'Spear Throw of the Legendary Sniping General', The spear imbued with thunder frevor pierced through the flame heading towards Donna.
The spear throw is already devastating it can cut through the wind without much problem but adding an additional thunder frevor to it, the attacks already past through knight rank.
Donna can only see a flash, She instinctively ducks down.
She avoided the spear throw by a hair's length, Just when she feels relieved what greeted her makes her face went pale.
Zed after enduring the flame, throw his spear then he dashes forward just behind the spear.
As Donna dodge, the incoming spear, Zed punches Donna on her gut making her vomit blood and sent her kneeling on the arena ground touching her stomach.
The spectators are dumbfounded, 'A knight rank defeating a Noble Mage? how is that possible?'.
"How can a warrior fighters use elemental frevor? HOW?!"
"What a monstrous guy, he survives the flame using his shield skill"
"What are that enhancement skill, His strength, and speed doubled or even tripled"
"He's probably not twenty-five years old"
"Yeah look at his build, there's no way he's twenty-five years old he's at least thirty"
The crowd broke into a hot discussion.
After defeating Donna, Zed glance at the fierce-looking man, "How about it?" said Zed while folding his arm in front of him and deactivating all his skills.
