Aiden circled the guard, his gaze sharp, the silence between them thick with tension. "Let's talk about your work," Aiden said slowly, his voice cutting through the quiet like a knife. "How many guards are stationed here?"

The guard, under the spell's influence, replied mechanically. "Around twenty."

Aiden nodded, his expression unreadable. "Who's the main boss?"

The guard hesitated briefly, then responded. "The main boss of the guards is Derren."

Aiden's eyes narrowed. "And what about the strongest person around here?"

"The strongest person..." the guard's voice faltered before continuing, "is an Intermediate Great Mage. He is the person in charge of the Colosseum"

Aiden's smile grew cold as if savouring the information. "An Intermediate Great Mage? That's overkill for this place. The strongest here shouldn't be more than a Proficient Adept, at best."

The guard didn't respond, simply waiting for the next question.
