Capítulo 38: Situation in the Northern Continent
''Whats the situation?''
A man dressed in a heroic suit ran towards the man in blue military clothes.
''Take a look at this'' The man said while taking a sip of his coffee.
Looking at the screen, the 'Hero's' face became serious.
''When did this happen? He asked seriously.
''Sigh... an hour ago, luckily after this there were no other abnormal energy levels detected'' The man in military clothes answered.
''So... What do you want me to do?''
''Follow me''

''Commander Brack!''
Upon seeing the old man named Brack, all the people in the room bowed slightly. A second later they all resumed with their jobs.
But they halted their actions when they saw the man behind the commander.
''Hero Alexander!''
''It's Hero Alexander!''
''Oh my god!''
''What is Hero Alexander doing here''
All the people started getting excited upon seeing 'Hero Alexander'.
Looking at all the reactions, Alexander was very happy and happily waved at them. But the Commander's face became dark.
''Silence! Resume your work!''
The commander couldn't take it anymore.
Alexander gave a wry smile, and awkwardly waved his hands indicating the workers to resume with what they were supposed to do.
The two began walking further into the facility.

Commander Brack and Hero Alexander arrived at a door.
When the door was opened by the Commander's fingerprint, the two walked in.
The room was very large. There were all kinds of screens with information, camera's on certain parts of the world and other sh*t.
There were 32 people keeping a close eye on the screens, upon seeing the door opening the 32 people looked over.
Like the previous room, they all respectfully greeted the Commander. But seeing the Hero they became excited.
The Commander had to shout again to lower their voices.
''Any updates on the situation?'' The commander asked one of the 32 people.
''No Commander, we still don't have any updates. We have tried sending some drones to investigate, but we lost connection with them...'' Tesha, one of the 32 people said.
''Sigh... Hero Alexander, as you can see. We are in a dire situation, we request your help.'' The commander asked in a helpless tone.
''Hahah... there seems to be no other way. What is the job?'' Alexander asked.
''We want you and your team to investigate the situation in the Northern Continent. We don't ask you to solve it. Just investigate and report.'' Commander Brack answered.
''Hah! Don't underestimate me Commander, I haven't earned the Title [Hero] just for nothing'' Alexander bragged.
''Of course not Hero Alexander, i'm just reminding you hahah...'' Commander Brack didn't know what to say.
''Okay, so when do we depart?'' Alexander asked.
''Tomorrow morning at 5 AM. We will personally pick you and your team up.'' The Commander answered.
''Understood'' The hero said as he turned around.
When the Hero left the room, the commander sighed a breath of relief. This person was too terrifying. The amount of pressure he released was on another level.
''Sir Hero really is amazing'' One of the 32 people said in amazement while also being out of breath.
''Resume your work!'' The commander almost screamed, he was getting tired of saying the same thing again and again.

While the atmosphere in Rising Star City's Headquarters was very tense. Balance just arrived at Rising Star City.
Balance appeared out of nowhere on a large square.
''Mom, look! He just appeared out of nowhere!'' A 8 year old kid shouted at his mom.
The mother looked over and was quite stunned by the appearance of the young man. The 30 year old mom was stunned by handsomeness of the man. But she didn't see Balance appearing out of nowhere.
''Quit joking around, moron'' The mother gave the kid a stern look before grabbing the kid by the wrist and walking away.
Balance didn't hear the conversation. Even if he did, he wouldn't care.
The reason he didn't hear them, wasn't because he was deaf. But because of the city.
The whole city looked futuristic. Flying vehicles, large buildings and a lot of holograms were everywhere. His whole view was obstructed by futuristic things.
'Quite the improvement' Compared to 109 years ago, this scene could only be created in movies. But it actually became reality.
Since Balance had nothing to do, he decided to go to the nearest information facility.
But Balance was completely lost, the city was too huge and the area was way to crowded. The whole square was crowded with people.
Balance jumped into the air to quickly pass the crowd. When he saw a building that looked like it had information properties, he flew to the building.
But before he could arrive, two man in armor shouted from below.
''Stop right there! You are being arrested for using your powers in public area!''
Balance ignored the two weird people in armor and flew towards the building.
After arriving in front of the building, Balance walked into the building. The building was filled with screens. One of these screens had a lot of text, Balance walked towards the screen.
Balance looked through the text, he was done in less than a second. With [Time Perception] he could slow down time within his mind, and with [Eyes of Balance] he could quickly read through the information.
Balance wasn't done reading the whole thing, there were still 250 pages left. But after arriving at page 50 he couldn't read any further, it said the book needed to be purchased in order to read further? Balance instantly became upset.
He walked to the counter to ask if he could take the screen with him, but he was interrupted by the same two weird man in armor.
''Stop right there criminal scum! You are now officially under arrest for breaking the law!''
The two began walking towards Balance with weird handcuffs in their hands.
''Don't move! Or we will take you by force!'' The man on the right said.
When the people in the store saw this scene, they all backed away from Balance.
Balance glanced at the two weird man, and then resumed walking towards the counter.
After seeing this, the two armored man took battle stands.
