Without turning around I think about how to feed her the fruit... coming to the conclusion that the best I can do is making a juice and give it to her mouth to mouth, I take out a jar and squeeze the fruit as best I can, taking a sip and giving it to her. I really don't want to think what I'll have to do if this doesn't work...
Out of the corner of my eye I can see how Lucifugus remains stuned with her mouth open and trembling a little, the loli Kurumi covers her red face with her hands but has her fingers open watching what I am doing, luckily for me, my attempt worked and Zaphkiel woke up. ..
I separate myself from her, Zaphkiel that now are fully healed and just stares at me, bringing her hand to her mouth, passing her tongue across her lips savoring the taste of the fruit? Turning red at every passing second, Lucifugus for her part turns red and is furious... huh? I freeze a little when reading her thoughts.
'Huh? Why? How? That means...' I turn to see Zaphkiel who avoids my gaze and turns to the side turning to Lucifugus and seeing her at her side.... she is surprised and her thoughts are changing to resentment and hate at me and she have the same thoughts as Lucifugus.
"It worked, well now that you woke up it's better to continue your treatment, you're still not out of danger, finish drinking this." I try to continue as if nothing had happened and turn to loli Kurumi who is still with a red face as I'm taking out various objects in front of me.
"Kurumi-chan I need your help, I need bandages.... only a bucket and some warm water." I take out a mortar and start grinding the soul items I have, according to Durnehviir's instructions, I decided to add a Yggdragil Seed and a Leaf, when he ask me for healing items less potent that the berry.
"HOW DARE YOU TAKE ADVANTAGE OF MY PARTNER IN FRONT OF ME BASTARD!!" Lucifugus attacks me with her saber and Zaphkiel stands and try to shoot me with her musket.... keyword 'try'.
I quickly move to catch Zaphkiel who, if everything continued as I thought, would fall on top of me when she loses her strength again and we would end up in a compromising situation, so I just took her and turned to receive the cut from Lucifugus with my back (and my shield).
I lower Zaphkiel and sit her on the ground and give her a blanket to cover herself and turn to continue using the mortar seeing that the rest of the Kurumis arrived around us... this time it's not the cosplay Kurumi's, it's the normal Kurumi who from what little I see are really crazy... Although before I can continue Zaphkiel falls on my back, she fainted as I thought.... but Lucifugus don't attack me.... she doesn't even move or yells at me... and from what I see in her thoughts she is terrified again...
