'You don't call this a lousy artifact anymore?' Mike was quite satisfied with his achievements.

'Hmph!' Emerald refused to answer. She then looked at the sky, and the sun was already indicating that morning had arrived. 'Boy, if you don't want to get into trouble, quickly find some mushrooms or whatever you humans can eat and head back to your campsite.'

'Oh, God! I won't survive if I get interrogated. I better hurry. I'll be very lucky if everyone hasn't woken up yet.' Mike immediately turned around and dashed as fast as possible to get back.

As suggested, he picked up some edible mushrooms and plants on his way back as a form of excuse.

Arriving at the campsite, Mike felt quite nervous and tense because several people had already woken up.

"Ah, it's you, Mike-sama. I thought you were still in your tent, but who would have thought you went hunting for some edible mushrooms and plants." Asako greeted with a friendly smile.
