Marvel: The New Punisher

On the streets of Hell's Kitchen, an unusual Punisher has appeared.
He moves through the darkness, following a creed of slaughter.
Shells fall to the ground, blood sprays, and the entire Hell's Kitchen is filled with fear.

In the past, good people dared not walk the streets of Hell's Kitchen at night.
Now, bad people don't dare walk them either.
