Capítulo 41: Chapter 40 : Completion on Task
Waking up from his sleep, Kai opened his eyes with an excited feeling brewing in his heart.
Because the first thing that crossed his mind when he woke up was the extra reward that he was probably going to receive from the system, since today was his last day to complete his repeatable missions that were given to him a year ago.
He really does his best in every session of his repeatable mission, in every kick that he delivers to the dummy even doing as far as overdoing it for what he requires to in every chance that he can in hope he were able to receive extra reward from it.
Getting up from his bed Kai went straight to his wardrobe where he changed his clothes to his usual training attire and went straight to the backyard of his home to complete his last remaining days doing the repeatable task.
Even though the sun was not showing a single trace of light yet and the sky was still completely dark Kai had already started kicking the dummy that for some reason was not tearing apart yet even though he had already used it for a year.
He thought it must be one of his father's weird stuff that his father has that for some reason end up in his father's possession , like the bracelet that he wears that can Increase weights or nunchaku that he found in the house that were really heavy to lift and other weird training gadget or weird weapon that usually not being used by other ninja.
While kicking the dummy that his feet already do it by sheer instinct alone, Kai's mind was on something else thinking about this week's event since the academy started back where he already met all konoha eleven that fortunately without missing anyone, and his class also already started teaching about a chakra practice.
Fortunately he was able to become an exception in this subject material, he only needed to complete the theoretical side of chakra training to get the necessary grade to not fail in this subject.
Moreover, his capabilities in other materials also become one of the reasons that his exception was made, otherwise he is going straight getting expelled from the academy.
The other reason of course is because he was the son of Might Gai, the grandson of Might Duy that the hokage knew to have innate talent in taijutsu and have the possibility to master eight gates that have immense power to greatly benefit the village if another user was born.
Speaking of taijutsu, his mind wandered on another matter while still kicking the dummy in front of him while his double focus ability in his eyes was keeping an eye to make sure every kick was in the right posture.
It's already been a month since he started training Naruto in combat practice that they did on a weekly basis.
He was not too surprised by how talented Naruto was in the context of doing something that was using his instinct as a foundation and the fact that he had hard working traits that really support it to want to keep trying until he succeeded.
Even though sometimes Naruto did not quite understand what he wanted to convey when he explained something during their training, Naruto eventually was able to do it by his own way doing things.
After kicking for some time has passed he finally hears the familiar bell sound in his mind that marks his completion in his task and if he was not wrong he also hears double ringing this time again like the first time he was completing a repeatable task.
With an excited feeling in his heart Kai went back inside his house to clean himself first before checking what the system was gonna give him.
He really needs to increase his combat power because everyone else in his class is gonna become a lot stronger since everyone is gonna be able to use their chakra to enchant themselves and they're gonna start sparring with each other.
So he wants to make sure to at least not fall behind even though he is not gonna be able to use his chakra.
Coming inside his room Kai enters his bathroom to clean himself before finally sitting in his bed with a nervous feeling in his heart.
Taking a deep breath Kai tries to calm himself first from all of the messy stuff that keeps appearing in his head that makes him nervous before finally calling his system interface.
